(no head or tail lights, plus bus full of people, adults, for officer safety I wouldn't necessarily pull my out my weapon unless i saw a weapon or they ran or something like that, but since stabler pulled his weapon I had to pull mine...)

'No lets just call out the driver and talk to him'
*I holster my weapon and walk up to the bus, the driver opens the door*
'Excuse me sir, could you grab your license and registration and step over to my squad car with me?'
'Sure' *He grabs his license and registration and hands me it*
'Thanks' *We then walk over to my car*

((I'm sorry sir. The driver was driving suspiciously and be came evasive when I started following. With all due respect, It was DC who was insinuating about the border. We drew our weapons for our safety.)) *We re-holster our weapons and tell the players to stay in the bus. I begin talking to the driver while Booth covers the bus.* 'Good evening Sir. I'm Dr. Stabler with the Emergency Response Team's Police Division. Can you tell me where you are going?'
Driver: 'To McDonalds. The boys played a hard game and are tired.'
Me: Sir please stay in the van with your hands visible. Can you hand me your license, registration, and proof of insurance?' "COPA can you run David Ramirez for warrants?"

((Stabler it helps to read posts before you post again, I already holstered my weapon and pulled the driver out of the bus and I am questioning him already))

*I hear about a felony traffic stop on the radio and get back in my car and drive out there*

"PC-8 to dispatch i'll swing by and check on the units on that stop"

*I pull up behind Booth's car and get out*

"8 to dispatch I am on scene"

*I walk over to Booth and Stabler*

'Hey guys what do yall have going on?'

( haha im sorry but i just about pissed my pants laughing when you said be aware of their shin guards and metal cleats, such dangerous weapons haha)

"Dispatch, what's the deal on that name?"

(keep in mind, you two share the same rank, he's a TAC officer, you're a Patrol officer, he's not sir yet )

"Repeat the name there, sorry it's a little busy, didn't get it on my end"

*I walk up to the bus and keep an eye on the subjects*

'So, Booth what happened where yall had them held at gunpoint when they stopped? My radio had some interference so I couldn't copy'

*I say as I look over at Booth and back to the Bus.*

"Nothing is in the system, the only David Rameriz on file that's still in the country just checked into a Hotel Room in DC, the same one as a couple govners, so I'd check that guy just incase, I'll alert the hotel too that Rameriz could be a false identity"

'Hey Dave, we decided to stop them based on their evasive actions and broken head and tail lights, so we lit them up and I pulled next to stabler and he drew his gun at them, I then pulled mine out and put it away, I had no idea why stabler decided it was so dangerous, sure we're outnumbered but we're trained and we have a radio to call for backup so we walked to the driver and talked to him and thats all'

*I ask the driver to sit on my hood, and then walk back to the bus.* 'Can all of you please slowly step out of the bus and line up against the side with your ID's ready?' "Booth, can you check the bus and Lafferty can u help me with the passengers?" "COPA how fast can we get a supervisor out here?"

'Sure'

*I walk over to the bus and walk up the stairs and sit in the drivers seat waiting for everyone to exit the bus*

'Lets go people, keep your hands where I can see them'

*They exit the bus, and I search the seats and see if they left anything illegal behind, I end up finding 3 empty beer cans, under the driver seat I exit the bus and show Dave and Tim*

'Look what I found'

'Hey Dave, do you want to give this guy field sobriety tests?'

*I say to dave as I stare at the occupants*

'Okay, everyone I want to see those Ids.'
"COPA the occupants are Paul White, David Reyes, Luis Rivera, Jorge Rojas, and Jose Tropas."

'Alright, I'll get my kit out'

*I walk to my trunk and open it and grab my kit*

*I walk to the hood of my unit and open the kit*

'Alright, sir step right up'

*I administer the test to the first subject after not doing so hot on the first three tests I have him blows blow into the machine, and he blows a .18'

'Dang boy, Think you had just a few to many''

'Stabler, he blew a .18'

*Finally decides to grow a pair and gets out of Officer Lafferty's unit*

'Officer Lafferty, is there anything I can do to assist at this time?'

"Probie, put the driver in my car."

'I'm on it'

*I take out a pair of cuffs, and walk over to the driver*

'Mr. Ramirez, you are being placed under arrest for driving while intoxicated with a Blood Alcohol Content of point one eight. You have the right to remain silent, anything you say can and will be held and used against you in a court of law, you have the right to the presence of an attorney during any and all questioning, if you cannot provide an attorney, one will be provided for you at government expense. Do you understand these rights as I have read them to you?'

*Ramirez nods in agreement*
*He turns to me, hands behind his back, no fight in this one tonight*
*I snap the cuffs down, and secure him in Stabler's cruiser*

*I watch as Stone puts the driver in the back of Stablers car*

*I walk over to Stone*

'Not bad, do you have any questions?'

'None so far, it's pretty much how they describe it in the textbook'

'Good deal, I'd you have any ask away'

'By the way, I will have you do all the driving so you can get used to the car'

*I say as I look at Stabler*

'You need anyone else tested?'

*grabs shoulder microphone, and presses the talk button*

"COPA, PC-8 portable, please be advised that Probationary Officer Stone is taking driving control of PC-8, with the permission of Officer Lafferty"

(off to work IRL)

*I walk back up to the car so that Booth is not alone with the subjects*

'Hey, they giving you any problems?'

*I say as I look at the subjects in the car and see hw nervous they all look*

'Nope they know better, I think because I am so big they don't want to test me'

*I say as I laugh and while watching the subs*

*I look over at Booth*

'Yeah, I'm sure they don't'

*I look back at Stabler to make sure he is ok*

'This one guy here in the middle looks a little nervous though and is jumpy, I may pull him aside and question him'

*I watch the suspect as he looks as if he has just seen a dead guy*

'Ok, if you do we will back you up'

*I walk over to the driver side and keep an eye on the subjects*

*I walk up to the back seat and make some small talk with the subjects*

"Dispatch all, do we have any available units in the area of the new suburbs on First for checking out a possible ATV rider on the road?"

"Booth to COPA we pretty much have everything rapped up here if you need me to head out there I will"

"Nothing urgent, you guys keep at it there, if I don't get anyone able to, and traffic is busy, I'll just call PPd if you guys are still working away. Once again, nothing dangerous, just keeping the neighbours up"

*I look at Booth*

'If you want to head up there you can.'

'Stabler, Stone and myself can finish up here'

'Alright, I'll go check it out real quick'

"Booth to COPA show me enroute code 1 to that ATV on a road disturbing neighbors"

*I walk to my car and start it up I turn off my lights and start heading to the new suburbs on first st.*

*I lean in to speak privately with Lafferty*

'I wonder if they have any luggage with them? Equipment bags, etc. I think thats why that homeboy is nervous in there'

*I pull up into the area and hear the ATV but can't see it, so I continue driving down the road and see the suspect, I turn my lights on and sirens and pull in front of him, I turn my sirens off and radio COPA while I step out of the vehicle*

"Booth to COPA, show me currently investigating I have the suspect stopped here and he appears to be in his early 20's"

'Excuse me sir, please step off the ATV and walk towards me'
'Yea no problem' *He steps off the atv and walks towards me*
'Whats the problem out here?'
'No problem sir, you stopped me'
'Yea numbnuts I know that, but why was I called out? Because of you driving that thing in the middle of the night'
'Oh sorry man'
'Ehh no problems here, just with your neighbors, do you have any ID?'
'Not with me sir, no'
'Alright, do you have a license that is not suspended though'
'Yes sir I do'
'Do you have any warrants?'

'Alright do you have any weapons or drugs or bombs on your possession?'

*He does as I asked and I detain him*

"Booth to COPA I have one detained"

'Alright lets go take a seat in my car'
*I bring him to my car and sit him inside*

*I think for a minute and realize I can't really charge this guy for anything so I release him*

*I look at the subject in the back and look at Stone*

'Alright, let's see what he has'

'Sir, can I get you to step out of the car for a moment'

*He gets out and I walk over to him and ask for permission to search his bag*

*After thinking about it for a few minutes he gives consent*

'Alright, Stone it's all you.'

*I reach in my back pocket and pull out leather search gloves, and put them on, and start rooting through the subjects bag*

'Ok, let's just see what's got you so nerv.....'

*I set my sights on a plastic baggie, with an unmistakable green, leafy substance in it, as well as a glass pipe*

'Well, gentlemen, let's just add a possession charge to the evenings events. It's not enough to get intent to sell, but it's enough for me to tack on a few days in jail.'

*I look at Stone*

'Nice work Stone'

'If you will cuff him we will transport him once Stabler is done'

*I reach for the zip-tie cuffs on my belt, since my steel ones are on the driver in Stabler's rig*

'Ok, sir, you are under arrest for possession of Marijuana. I'm gonna let the pipe go under the same charge, rather than really mess your night up with a separate paraphernalia charge.'

*I read him his Miranda Warning, run the zip-ties up on his wrists, and walk him over to our unit*

'Watch your head'

*I push his head down into the car, and shut him in, and grab my shoulder microphone*

"COPA, PC-8 portable, we have a 2nd in custody, possession of controlled substance, PC-8 Lafferty and Stone will transport"

'So, do we wanna just cut the rest of these guys loose, and get a tow out here for the bus? Or should we see if one of them has a drivers license and wants to take responsibility for the bus?'

*I walk over to our unit*

'If you want to check and see if one of them will rake responsibility and drive the bus, we will let them go on.'

*I look over at Stabler*

'Whenever your ready we will kick them loose and transport the detainees'

*I walk over to the group of soccer players, who have been calm and co-operative*

'Gentlemen, your 2 friends are gonna come with us this evening, and will probably see a judge in the morning, and will probably be out on bail by this time tomorrow. Is anyone here going to take charge of this bus? I'll be more than happy to send you guys on your way if someone's got a drivers license and will take it out of here.'

*One of the men volunteers to drive, I give his drivers license a quick look, then look over at Officer Lafferty*

'Hey Lafferty, I've got someone willing to be responsible for the bus, current valid license, I say we let these boys go home, and take our new friends in for booking'

'Alright, that sounds good'

*I walk over to Stabler*

'Hey, we have a responsible driver and the rest are clean'

'Just let is know when you are ready'

*I look over at Stone*

'Alright lets go ahead and transport to the station and get this report done'

*I walk over to the unit and get in the passenger seat*

*I notice Stabler getting in his unit and heading to the station as well, and the car we had pulled over driving off*

"PC-8 to dispatch: Were clear the scene transporting our subjects to the station"

"Booth to COPA show me clear, I took care of the problem and am enroute to the station for the TAC meeting"

*I get in my car make a U turn and head to the station code 1*

*I turn off the lights, put the shifter in D, and head for home plate*
