As he hits the spikes and SUP-2 brings them in, I accelerate, still with the siren on piercer and hammer it to get in front of the van. I get there and start to slow down slightly, causing him to bump me in the back slightly, I move out the way quickly and he goes past me. "CE-1, SUP, get beside him quick. Over." I say as I accelerate again to get in front of the van, this time it's more successful as I brake slightly, he brakes as well, trying to drive past, but doesn't succeed, and his rims scrape on the ground.

I hit the brakes really quickly and behind me the man brakes as well, bumping into the back again at low speed just after I unclip my seatbelt and jump out of the Magnum, I draw my pistol and run over to the driver door.
'Out of the car, or I'll get you out!' I shout to the driver who feigns ignorance and I grab the door and pull the handle, it swings open, the idiot had forgotten to lock it, and I pull out the man, who didn't have a seatbelt on either. 'On the floor!' I shout and I push the man onto the ground, and cuff him behind his back. "CE-1 has one in custody!' I say into my radio and I shout to Nick. 'There's another one in the passenger seat, get him!'

*I turn my lights off and pick up my mic*

"PC-8 to dispatch: I am back available"

*As I turn around I hear the city PD get dispatched to an active holdup alarm at a gas station*

"PC-8 to dispatch: I will be enroute to 546 3rd Avenue to assist PPD with a possible holdup alarm"

*I step on the gas and switch to PPD channel*

"PC-8 to PPD dispatch: I will be enroute to assist"

    "10-4 PC-8"

*As I approach the area I pull up and get out of my unit as a PPD officer arrives*

    "PC-8 is onscene"

*I walk up to the front and the clerk motions us in*

    *As we walk in*

    "Hello Officers"

    'Do you have a problem?'

    'No, why?'

'We are here because your silent alarm was tripped.'

'Oh, I bet I hit it on accident'

'That's fine, do you mind if we check around?'

    'No, go right ahead'

*After looking around and notice nothing out of the ordinary, we walk outside and I get in my car*

"CE-1 requesting a patrol car to transport a prisoner. Over." I say into my radio as I lift the guy up and put him in the back seat of our Magnum for a minute, locking the doors as I do. As I pull on my traffic vest, I climb into the van and turn on the hazards, so I can search it without getting rammed. I check quickly, no alcohol containers, and then unlock the rear van doors. So I jump out of the cab and walk round to the back, I pull the handle and as I open it, a light flicks on, and I see another man, just sitting there with a gun right next to him. 'HANDS IN THE AIR!' I scream at him, drawing my pistol and aiming at his head. He looks at me and looks like he's going to lunge for the gun, but doesn't, and just sits there. 'Nick, Matt, man with a gun!'

'Cheers, didn't know how stupid he was gonna be.' I say, thanking Matt as I climb in the back of the van and see a few crates, I try to lift the lid and fail, so I quickly run to our car and grab the crowbar out of the trunk and jump back up in the back of the van. I pry open the crate and see a few bags, white powder inside. 'Nick, either these guys have a stolen van with cocaine in the back, or they're sugar dealers.' I say sarcastically and slam the doors at the back. "CE-1, COPA requesting a tow truck for this van, also can you send us a patrol car to assist with transport, CE-1 has no detainee divider." I say into my radio, seeing over 6 crates of the cocaine.

(Woops, mistake, I checked the wrong column.)

"CE-1 negative COPA, was a mistake, heat of the moment. Over." I say, slightly embarrassed, though I count the three prisoners and shake my head at my mistake. With two of them in cars, I see the third guy. 'Nick, is there a Medic coming?' I ask, turning to the car to interrogate the driver for a minute.

As I climb in I bring up the EAT and type in the name on the Licence

    ***EAT***
    Name: Stephen Zedong
    Age: 41
Address: 4300 Clarendon Rd, Brooklyn, NYC

    Past convictions:
    None

    Current Wants/Warrants:
    None

    ***EAT***

I turn to the man, 'You have the right to remain silent. Anything you say or do can and will be held against you in the court of law. You have the right to speak to an attorney. If you cannot afford an attorney, one will be appointed for you. Do you understand these rights as they have been read to you?'
'Yes.' He nods and then stays silent.
'Are you Stephen Zedong?' He keeps silent. 'Right to silence eh.' I climb out of the Magnum, I check the front of the van, just lost their number plate in the ramming, if they had one anyway, and see the Magnum's faired well too, just a small dent, but that's to be expected. I go into the trunk, which was open anyway and grab cones and a sign, and direct traffic around our vehicles, so we can be safe while we investigate.

(Hmm, that may harm the prosecution, still.)

As a PEMS unit arrives from over the Interpass, I wave over and they pull up behind the van, turning on their lights to block the road. One of the EMTs jumps out and heads over to me.
'What's the situation officer?' He asks as I see his partner grabbing the jump bag.
'Just minor injuries when he was arrested.' I say, the man nods.
'Ok.' He sees the cut up face. 'We'll take him to the Hospital, just check it over, facial injuries on roads, you know the drill.' I nod in response and he heads over to his partner. I walk over to Nick's charger.
'Boss, you want me to book your prisoner in, and you follow PEMS to the hospital?' I ask as one of the TEC tow trucks arrives, a newer one, equipped with LEDs and all the fancy gear.

(Meh, it just seems a stupid thing to do, he's trying to goad a reaction from you, each to his own, just if he starts crying bull about how he was assaulted, it screws everything up.)

As the tow truck loads the van on the back, I assist the guy by tying the last few straps, and checking all of them are secure.
'Impound, and keep the stuff in the back very safe.' I say to the engineer, he nods and climbs in the cab of the truck, turning off the lights as he pulls away. I start to pack away all the cones and crowbar I used to sign off the scene and pack them in the rear of the Magnum. I see the EMTs dealing with the guy's facial injuries and slam shut the boot as I do.

I put the second guy in the back of my cruiser, and close the door behind him. I ensure it's locked as I climb in the Magnum and bring up the EAT and my radio. "CE-1 has two in custody, returning to station, code 2, not sure if these guys are gonna try and do something." I don't want to idle as carrying two wasn't the greatest idea, but as I flicked on the reds and pulled away, I glanced in the mirror and realised nothing would happen.

I pull the car onto the Interpass and decide to head to Phoxlind and do a few random stops in the residential area, and have a quick look for any abandoned vehicles, as they were often stolen from the north-west of the city, and torched in the back-alleys.
"CE-1 is on patrol, Phoxlind area." I say into the radio as I cruised down the road at slow speed, the cars were slowing around me, obviously trying not to get caught speeding, and I kept driving, quickly coming to the first junction, and pulling onto Phoxlind road. As I start to drive to the Long's lane junction, I see a few men with hoods and caps on gathered around a nice black Cadillac. I glance over and decide something's not right. I flick on the rear lights, two reds flashing in the rear to indicate I'm stopped, and the hazard lights as well, and climb onto the road.

'Alright lads, anything wrong?' I ask, they turn towards me, I see now there are three teenage looking ones, all white, a huge black man and two smaller white men, who look like they're in control.
'Yah man, just admiring ma boy's new motah.' The smaller of the white men says, patting his 'boy's' back.
'Alright, any reason it's here?' I questioned, he was caught off guard slightly.
'I jus' parked it 'ere so the boys could have a nice look.' The 'owner' of the car replies
'Okay then lads, I'm just checking out behind here.' I smile walking past the car and realise there is no front licence plate. "Charlie, Matt, can you get me a Licence check on a LJ28 8HA please, Black CTS." I mutter into my radio mic as I realise the group of men are looking at me as I walk past, checking there isn't anything in the little courtyard behind them, and as I turn around, they're whispering frantically. I walk back to the car and hear a short burst of conversation.
'How we not know the coppah know's the motor's nicked?' Having spent some years in England on trips and stuff, I thought how these boys were talking a lot like common criminals there, and as I head back to the Magnum, I look back and see a few of them climbing in, looking like they're trying to start the car. I shake my head and climb in my car.

"CE-1 requesting back-up to Phoxlind Road, Long's Lane junction for a believed stolen vehicle, 6 males are with the vehicle." I say into the radio in the car, as I turn on the rear director bar to direct traffic around our vehicle, which I'd left in the middle of the road when I'd got out for a quick chat with the locals. I glance back over to them, writing something in a notepad as I do and then sighing and writing something else. I grab a pair of latex gloves then I grab my hat and climb back out, walking over to them. As I put the hat on I see the headlights of the Cadillac turn on. "CE-1 needs back-up quick." I say into my radio, jogging across the road. 'Hey you, stop!' I shout to one of the teenage lads, who unlike the other guys wasn't messing around with the car, but was walking away, he stops and mimes, 'who, me?'. I nod and he stops there.
'What's the problem officer?' He says sarcastically.
'I have reasonable suspicion you were involved in a car theft.' I tell him bluntly. 'I'm going to search you, ok?' He nods and I quickly frisk him as he puts his arms to the sides, as I check his trousers, I feel the hilt of a knife and then the blade. 'Stay still.' I carefully put my hand in his pocket and pull out a knife, it looks legal, just not the most likely thing to be carrying, since the knife laws were confusing. 'Ok, can you just stay here sir.' I say to the boy, he nods and stays quite still as I step back and depress the transmit button. "Commercial 1, any units back-up for possible stolen car, occupants may be armed with knives. Over"

I walk back towards the kid. 'Alright mate, come with me please.' I say, he nods and follows me back to the Magnum. I open the back door. He looks towards me, I stare back and he climbs in. 'You'll be let out in a minute.' He nods as I tell him that, not sure if it is true. I close the door behind him just as I see a PPD car pull up, and block the path of the Cadillac. I smile as he climbs out and walks over to our car.
'What's going on here?' He asks, I cough and then speak.
'I think that Cadillac's stolen, as I overheard them speaking about it, and also, I searched that kid.' I say, pointing over my shoulder. 'And he had a knife.' The PPD officer acknowledges and looks over towards the other car.
'Alright, how many are in the car?' He asks as he grabs his radio.
'Five of them, and the guy in my car.' He nods and starts to radio for back-up.
'Ok, I radioed for another car to turn up, plus put a van on standby in case we arrest them all.' He tells me and I lean back on the Magnum.
We'll wait for them, then we'll make a move.' He murmurs something and then checks his pistol, as I hear the sound of a siren in the distance.

As I check my watch for the fifth time in a few minutes, I see the second PPD car turn onto the road, suddenly, I hear the Cadillac's doors open and the sound of people's feet hitting the concrete.
'Quick, get 'em!' The officer talking with me shouts, I see his partner climbing out of the squad car and quickly getting one of the men to surrender as he draws his baton. With the four still running, I see two scarper down the alleyway behind the car, and two run out into the road, where the PPD car stops in front of them, blocking across the road and turns on his takedowns. As they deal with those two, I leap over the hood of the PPD car in front of the Cadillac and start to chase the two guys behind the car, as I run forward after them, I hear the footsteps of the other officer with me. Suddenly the two runners stop and turn towards us, one with a knife drawn.

'DROP IT!' I shout, pulling my pistol out of its holster and aiming it at him. The PPD officer follows suit, his pistol switching between both people, covering. He stands, stock still, I can't see his face beneath the hood and I wait, sweating slightly as I see him falter, he lowers his knife, then drops it. We need no other excuse and both run forward, I lose sight of the PPD officer as I knock over the knifeman and then pin him down. I put my pistol back and then cuff him quickly. I keep pinning him as I slowly climb up, then pull him up slowly. He groans, probably slightly dazed, and I start to drag him over to our cars.

'We got three here.' One of the officers, a Sergeant says to me as I come over.
'I got one, and your guy got another, so that's five, plus the guy in custody.' I reply, he nods and I see his partner talking into a radio.
'Alright, we'll get a van down here.' The sergeant says, his partner quickly calling it over the radio.
'Roger that, can you get some cuffs on that guy, so I can take mine back?' I ask the Sergeant, who points to the Officer walking over with the other guy from the alley?
'Alright, you off for something?' The man asks as I unlock my cuffs after putting his on.
'Yeah, might need to assist with a Dispute with some other guys.' They smile slightly.
'Better you than me.' They chuckle together as I walk over to CE-1.
'True, I'll be over the station later for some details on those guys for my report, ok?' The Sergeant nods and waves me off as I climb back in the Magnum

"CE-1 is available, are we still needed at the Dispute?" I ask into the radio, typing something on the EAT, and then changing the lights that are on.
