Arson Attempt

*i look over as Hannahan climbs in, i put the ladder in drive and head over to the fueling station*

* I climb in and throw my radio and flashlight back in the chargers and throw my coat in the seat next to Hutchison*

( sorry I was inactive a lot, two large school projects this week)

'Is everybody in?'
*I say as I pull off the parking brake*

"Copy, Ladder 1 clearing. Heading to the uhhh.. fueling station to refill our tanks."
*I put my headset on and click in my seatbelt and enjoy the ride but then I soon break the unbearable silence.*
'How'd you like that call eh? Didn't see that one comin'.'
*I say with a grin on my face.*

*I jump out of the drivers seat and into the back*
'Someone else can drive, i'm no feeling so hot'

* I hop in the EDRC, switch off the lightbar and head for the hospital.
"EDRC clear."

* When I get to the hospital I head to the locker room, change, and jump in my car for the trip home glad that this shift is over.

"PC-2 will be leaving scene shortly, just moving out now." I started to walk back to the patrol car, the security units were crawling around now, and I assumed Forensics were already working. I was proud of my work, first day on the job, and I think I did well. 'Modest much.' I muttered to myself, as I saw my patrol car about two hundred metres ahead, the lights flashing still. I realised how tiring the whole experience had been, just as I reached the patrol car. I walked round to the back of the car, and popped open the trunk, putting the shotgun and spare ammo in the rear. I slammed down the trunk, and walked to the driver's side of the car. I opened the door fully and crouched to get in the car, pulling the door in behind me. I flicked off the directional lights and then pulled out onto the main road, turning off the roof lights and bringing up my EAT to check for any calls as I sped off.

'i'm better now!'
*I jump back in the drivers seat, as I pull out I turn off all the lights*

"PC-1 Clearing Transporting 1."
*Holsters his sidearm and begins his way back to his patrol car
*Gets back into his car, still smelling the smoke from the fire.
*Shuts the door and turns the heat on high.
*Pulls out onto the street, and flicks his lights off once he reaches of the legal speed limit heading back towards ERT HQ.

"6 is clear, enroute code 2 to DUI assist."

*I see other PD units clearing and leaving the scene. The EMS workers have all left, so I'm alone now by their staging area. I've tried my radio a few times, but didn't recieve any reply.
I grab the radio from my belt to check if something is wrong with it. It seems fine, there is power, I'm on the right channel... Whatever. Gonna head back to HQ for now and see if there is anythng to do.
I walk over to my patrol car and unlock the doors. I get in, start up the engine, then grab the radio mic in the car.*

"COPA, PC-7 returning to HQ over."

*I clip the mic back on the console and put the car in reverse. I do a three-point turn then drive off towards the HQ, casting a quick glance at the still-smoking burned storehouse as I leave.*

"UMC-1 is en route to headquarters to fill out a recent report"
Turns lights off and follows Halls back to headquarters.

(Again sorry guys that I went away during this call but I have just been covered up in police work in real life. Have one more raid tonight then I should be off all of next week)
