Break and Enter Arson

Reported Break and Enter escalated to armed suspect and arson.

911 call of a break and enter reported at 1800h. Patrol Unit 2 sent to check it out. Suspect was found outside of house armed and officer spotted what he believed to be fire inside. Light Force was put on staging outside of scene awaiting clearance. PC-6 responded but cancelled for medical assistance for call 16082010. Scene cleared and Agency is currently gathering evidence for proving arson and break and enter suspects are the same.
No deaths or injuries. Suspects Transported to ERT lockup.
Minor dispute between AG-1 and PC-2. Should be settled by just attempting to work together and not pulling the I'm better than you card. Same goes for dispute between fire and police. We are a team, not enemies, so play like a team. Work together to accomplish the task much safer. Units can only be cancelled by COPA or OSC from that division, but not by any other units.
Overall relatively good call.
