Re: Patrol centre
"PC-2 to PC-7, Cressler, suggest we charge him and disarm him, it's too dangerous whilst he has a weapon. If he gives up quietly, it may be a trick." I spoke into my radio quietly, but clearly, so they would hear what I was saying. I copied Halls' lead, advancing towards the man. I could see his movements clearly, he was confused, glancing at me, Halls and Cressler, but looked like he would react violently, if someone threatened him too much.

*I break out in a sprint after Cressler, catching up to the two of them as they go down. I hear officer Jackson right behind us as I grab the perps left arm and straighten it out, then bend it backwards while Cressler holds his right arm on the guys back. I grab mu handcuffs from my belt, kneeling by the suspect who is now face down on the ground with both arms on his back. I put the cuffs on him and tighten them, then put my knee on his upper back to pin him.*
'Wanna search him?', I say with a grin, glancing at the guys dirty clothing.

Re: Patrol centre
"PC-2 in pursuit." I start to chase after the man, holstering my pistol. Cressler gets there before me, chasing him into the back yard, before I even start to move, and then Halls in front of me. As I reach the back yard, the two officers have the man pinned down on the floor, preparing to search him. "PC-2 to Dispatch, suspect is in custody." As I transmitted the radio message, I kneeled down next to the suspect and Halls. 'Arrest him on criminal damage, dangerous behaviour and attempting to resist arrest.' I said, as I stood up, I added. 'Search him if you need. I'm bringing the patrol car round, transport and that.' I started to walk out to the front yard, walking over to my car, that was abandoned, blocking the road with the door wide open. Luckily the civilians were happy we'd got the man who'd wrecked their cars, but were now attempting to question me about getting payment. 'Listen everyone, I can not provide any information at this time. I am sorry, but we are investigating this now.' I said as I climbed into the cruiser and closed the door.

"Copy, PC-2's outside the front yard. I'll open the rear up, you just load him in, and I'll respond Code 2 to the Station, possible injury to foot. Over." I opened my door once again, and climbed out, closing it behind me, but then opening the rear car door nearest the sidewalk, ready for Mr Doe to be loaded in and taken back to the Station. "Cressler, you head back with Halls. Over." I transmitted a second message with my personal radio, and walked to Halls to grab the suspect and put him in the back.

Re: Patrol centre
'I've got it sorted, I'll book him and then write up the report, I'll see you guys at the end of the shift.' I said. As I opened my driver's side door, and climbed in for hopefully the last time in a while. "PC-2 is transporting 1 suspect. Over." I turned off the lights and then just drove down the road, at the speed limit, taking a left down Phoxlind Road, and then a right onto the Interpass. All the while the man was mumbling in the back, but it was OK, rather interesting, one might say. On the Interpass I opened up, speeding forward, and then turning into the complex within a matter of minutes. I turned the car off, and taking John Doe to the custody officer, I explained the situation, and we eventually moved him to the holding cells. I went outside, locked my patrol car, and then moved into the break room to work on the paperwork for this arrest.

Re: Patrol centre
"PC-2 is on patrol, Districts 8 and 9." I turned off the radio, coming up to the intersection of Chinese District and Pitt's Lane. As I prepared to pull out and turn right towards Japanese District road, a Blue Pick-up flew across the intersection on the wrong side of the road, in the direction of the interstate. I turned the car hard left and grabbed the radio off my dash and pressed down the transmit button. "PC-2 to all patrolling, I have a Blue Chevy Colorado that is driving dangerously, it's heading towards the Interstate, and will head North towards the tunnels, over." I accelerated further, flicking on the sirens and lights as I took the corner at high speeds, turning the wheel sharply to compensate for the speed. I could see the car just ahead, maybe just a hundred yards ahead, but I couldn't get a Plate Number.

"PC-1, copy that, we just passed Fifth Avenue." I flipped the siren onto yelp and blasted the bullhorn again, getting an ignorant semi driver out of the way. The Colorado looked like it was going to move off the Interstate soon, so I pulled to the right and started to drive along the shoulder of the road, blasting bullhorn at anyone who attempted to cut me up, as I got in behind the Colorado.

"Copy PC-1. I'm going to attempt to get in front of him and force him against the crash barrier, you come in behind and box him." There was a loud horn blast, and I pulled onto the shoulder again to get past the damaged Fusion. "PC-2 requesting any available support."

"Alright, PC-6, when on scene, assist with boxing the suspect, he has a Blue Chevy Colorado, I'm moving to box now." I tried to coax more power out of my Crown Vic, to get in front of the Chevy. I managed to edge slightly in front, and then get a tiny bit more power and shoot forward. I turn the car's front into Lane 2 and brake hard, the Chevy driver attempting to avoid hitting me, by turning left himself and braking, he didn't succeed and hit the safety barrier at low speed. I act quickly, opening my door and vaulting over the hood to get towards the Chevy, drawing my pistol as I approach the damaged pick-up. The airbag had exploded inside, but the driver looked unharmed.

I clipped the radio back on my shoulder flap and looked over at Blanc's cruiser, with the officers attempting to deal with the suspect, and then over at the car. Re: Patrol centre
The traffic was backing up now, 2 patrol vehicles and a POV blocking parts of the Interstate, late night, early morning, never a good combination, too many chances for accidents. I shook my head as I walked behind PC-1 and started to order Lane 1's traffic to merge onto the hard shoulder, and Lane 2 into Lane 1, then they could merge properly after they moved ahead of our scene. But it wouldn't be that easy, as we had no signs or anything else to do it, only hand gestures, so I started to try anyway.

(I prefer to sign it all, British way is to stick some cones and signs up and leave Traffic be.)
"Cressler, can you move your POV in front of my patrol car, don't want traffic backed up to far." I said over the radio, as I directed people to change lanes, so that we could keep traffic flowing, but it was still congested, Tow Truck would probably be half an hour if we got lucky.

Re: Patrol centre
(Traffic should go right, we want them to go around the crash, not into the safety barrier like the suspect.)

Re: Patrol centre
With Cressler directing traffic, I move away from the back of the scene and then proceed to check the truck. It hit the barrier at lower speed, and the front has crumpled on the left side, with scratching down the left side too, the front wheel is badly damaged and most of the bumper had fallen off. Inside, the truck was basically bare, as described by Sergeant Cressler, few beer bottles, could mean anything, and the airbag deflating now. The window was broken where the suspect had been pulled out by Cressler, but it all looked normal. Too normal.
I climbed into my patrol car and finally turned off the siren. I moved the EAT for me to use, and entered the plate number. Whilst I waited for the database to be searched, in the distance, about a half mile back from the incident, the tow truck was nearly on scene.
