" Pump-11 to COPA can we have the MCI bus attached to this assignment please, we have several Green and Yellow patients to be tended to. "

"Check with the OSC on that, I can't fufill any requests without approval from the OSC"

" Pump-11 Copies COPA, BREAK, Pump-11 to OSC can we get an MCI unit or additional ambulances, we do not have enough here to handle the load of patients. "

"Command copies Pumper 11 Commad. Command to COPA can we get the MCI Bus to the scene please"
*I walk over towards the triage area*

(lmao. I twisted my ankle riding yesterday so I havn't been on sorry guys )

"Understood, our MCI bus isn't available at this time, however PEMS can provide a major events unit to provide additional treatment while They haul off the ones in need of hospital"

"10-4 COPA"
*I takea sip of water and head over to triage*
'PEMS has a MCI unit on the way'

'I'm here to help if anyone needs something.'

*I wait looking around to see if I can do anything anywhere.*

*I hear sirens in the distance getting closer, *sigh* I guess PEMS is getting here quick.
'Floan, get me a driver and I'll load him up right now since PEMS is almost here'.
*I grab the IV roll and hang a bag. I grab the CPAP and have that set up in the back of the truck and I get the intubation equipment out just in case.*

' John, can you drive for Hutchison?, Cory take John Colwell from my crew, he can drive for you, just get this guy to the ETC please, i'll handle triage here until you get back '

* I motion for Colwell to go with Cory and I help to get the patient into the RA. I then walk over to the green zone and start looking for people who havent been treated yet. *

'Got it Lt. Are you ready Corey?'

*I head for the cab of the RA*

(Godmod me for the rest of the night. Off to bed.)

^I walk into the triage area and take a sip of water*
"Command to all units get rehabbed and come to triage to help with the victims"

'Alright John, just hang on 1 sec. I want to get a good 12 lead, and a IV in before we get going.'
*I put the rest of the 12 lead patches on his chest and run the 12 lead. I set it off to the side while I get an IV in. I find the AC and stick it with a 16 ga IV in the Left arm. I take the patient off of his NRB and put him on CPAP.*
'Ok John, lets get this show on the road. Code 3 to the ETC.'
"RA1 to COPA we are enroute to the ETC with 1 triage code red, for SOB and smoke inhalation."
(Vic Count 2 black, 2 reds on scene, 2 reds transported, 0 yellow, 9 greens)

*i walk over to Triage and grab my ALS bag.*
' alright Floan where do you need me?'

' Bruce can you help me with these greens, we need to get them loaded into the PFD MEU unit. '

* I kneel down and start working on a green tagged person I look up and see the MEu starting to set up for delivery of the patients. *

*i walk over to a green PT.*
'ma'am what hurts?'

*i look at the ladys arm and determine its broken and begin to splint it*

* I monitor the people on o2 while Bruce checks out the lady with the broken arm, Tim and jack start looking at a victim who is complaining of difficulty breathing. *

" Pump-11 to OSC we are ready to start loading victims to the MEU. "

* I help the MEU Attendants start to load the patients. *

*i stand up and help the lady over to teh MEU*

'Guys, got anymore that need transport?'

*I look over the victims being treated, and the ones being walked to the MEU*

(Sorry guys. I've been in bed basically for the past 3 days sick, and I didn't have my computer over the weekend.)

' Doug can you and Jamie take the Difficulty breathing male from my guys over there. '

* I point to a man sitting up taking o2 from jack and tim. *

'No problem. You have a chart and vitals filled out?'

*I walk back and pull the stretcher over. Jaime and I pick him up and put him on the stretcher. I pick up the FD oxygen, unplug the tube, and turn off their oxygen. We roll the stretcher over to the ambulance, push it, then I turn on the oxygen in the ambulance, and plug the tube into one of the O2 outlets, and twist the knob to 4.*

*I step out, shut the doors, and walk back to John Floan to get a chart.*

* I get up after doug takes my patient and begin to load 2 lady's complaning of sore necks but still believe they have to go to the hospital*
' Floan, got two going in here'

* I hand the chart over to Doug and give him a pat on the shoulder. I then walk over to Tim to help him with the 2 patients. *

' U got them doug?. Bruce u gonna be ok with our remaining patient? we need to clear to ETC to get our man who helped the RA out with a patient. '

" Pump-11 to OSC and COPA, can we clear to ETC for ALS Resupply and to pick up our man? "

"OSC to Pumper 11 your clear to ETC, Ladder 1 will remain on scene for the remaining patients"
*I walk over ot the ladder and grab some waters and start handing them out to anyone that needs water*

"RA1 to COPA, we are clearing ETC, are we cleared to clear or are we needed back at the scene?"

'Thanks John.'

*I go back to the truck and open on of the rear doors, and hand the chart to Jaime*

'All set?'

*I step out, slam the door shut, and walk up to the cab. I put the keys in, turn off anti theft , and pull onto the road*

"EMS-1 to Central, transporting one, ERT hospital."

*i go over to the last PT. and start evaluating him*
'Sir what seems to be the problem?'

*i lead him over to the MEU unit*

" Pump-11 Copies clear, COPA, Pump-11 clear available on radio. "

* I climb into the officers seat and set my cover on the dash, I put my headset on and close my door. the rest of the crew climbs into the truck , jack starts it up and we slowly pull away towards traffic. *

' Jack lts head to ETC Hospital. we gotta pick up Colwell and resupply our ALS. hey good job u guys on this call everythin on this engine went very smoothly '
