((Be advised, I just read the original dispatch again it said there as an estimate of 50 people onboard, I changed my above post to that.))
"10-4 ladder, I have them in sight."
*A group of 20+ people are walking over. A few of them file into the triage area, I count them in my head as a treat some of them. When I go back to the whiteboard, I see one of them collapse about 25 feet away.*
'C'mon Putter, let's get him.'
*I quickly throw the jumpbag over my shoulder, and pull the stretcher down the taxiway to the collapsed person.*
'Everybody keep going. Somebody will take care of you at triage. Keep moving.' I say as a walk past the group.
*I lower the stretcher next to the man, and put the jumpbag down.*
'What happened, man?' I ask him
'I don't know if I hit my leg or something, but I was just limping over here, and my left leg gave out.' He tells me
'Alright, any injuries from the fall? Particularly to the neck, back, or head?'
'No, no, nothing. I tried to catch and slow down my fall with my hands.'
'Okay, well we'll put you on the stretcher and bring you over to triage, alright?'
*On teh count of three, me and Putter put the man on the stretcher, we strap him in, then raise the stretcher. I put the jumpbag around my shoulder, then roll the stretcher over to triage.*
