*I pull out of the station and just do my neighborhood checks when I notice a Red Ford Mustang, I remembered the description from the report of the stolen car I did earlier and decided to get closer and see if the plates match up. I pull up behind the car and read the plate 719 HRG and thats a match.*

"PC-1 I am right behind a 2010 red ford mustang which happens to be the same one reported stolen earlier, I am at South Side lane at French District Road, request another unit to come back me up, He is now heading west towards Japanese District Rd. we're coming to a red light now"

"PC-7 to PC-1, I'm responding Code 3 to your location. E.T.A 10 Minutes max." I speed past traffic, my lights and sirens flashing and wailing. I narrowly miss the traffic as I swerve onto Boader Road from Third Avenue.

"I copy, over." I begin to slow down when I cross the Interstate and head eastbound on Pitt's Lane. I then turn onto Chinese District Road and I switch off my lights and sirens. I notice ahead PC-1 passing the Traffic Lights and so I speed up and turn onto Southside Lane.

    "Alright 10-4"
I switch my lights on, and noticing he hasn't stopped yet, I hit the siren, and await for him to stop

He continues then he pulls over to the side just barely hitting a parked car

I yell over my PA system 'Driver place the car in park, pull the key out of the ignition, throw the keys out of the car, and put your hands up'

I get out of my vehicle, my hand on my Sig-Sauer pistol. I walk over to the vehicle. "Please sir, step out of the car." He gets out of the Ford Mustang with his hands up still. I pat him down before reaching for my Handcuffs to arrest him with.

*I place my gun in the holster and check the car for any evidence*

"PC-1 to COPA we have one in custody, now performing a check for evidence in the vehicle"

*While searching the car, I find nothing until I search under the drivers seat where I find a pistol, with the identification number scratched off, when I think to myself (This gun may have murders attached)

((Are you going to book the driver?))

*I await for the tow truck and I go to my cruiser to get an evidence bag and latex gloves, go back to the mustang, grab the gun and place it in the bag, then I fill out the bag, and go to my cruiser and wait for a tow*

*I walk to Mandrose's car and open the back door and question the suspect*
'Hi, I'm Officer Booth with ERT PD and I'm here to read you your rights and ask you a couple questions is that Okay?'
    'Sure'
*I read him his rights and start asking him questions*
'Sir do you understand your rights'
    'Yes , Officer'
    'Sir, is this your car'
    'No, Sir'
    'What is your name'
    'Jack'
    'Jack, what'
    'Jack Wilson'
'Mr. Wilson, do you have any license?'
    'No, Sir'
'Do you have a valid license'
    'No, Sir'
'Do you live in the area?'
    'Yes sir'
    'could i have your address?'
    '76462 Morgans lane'
    'Okay, and Phone number, please?'
    '756-555-0294'
'Okay Mr. Wilson, what are you doing with this car?'
    'Just cruising'
'Just cruising in a stolen car?'
'Whhhhaaaaat? what do you mean stolen car?'
'I was flagged down earlier and the owner of this car, told me someone stole her car, I saw you driving her car and followed you until another unit arrived we pulled you over and arrested you for driving it. Can you explain this?'
'Yes, but I want to speak to lawyer'
'Thats your right, okay now you're going to booked at the station for possession of a stolen vehicle, driving without a license and possession of a firearm and that should be it'
    'Have a nice night'

*I walk back to my car and start writing notes in my notebook for the report*

*The tow truck arrived and towed the car to the impound lot and I drive to the station*
"PC-1 to COPA I'll be clear and I'll be filing my report now, over"

*I pull out of my spot and turn around and then turn my lights off and head back to base*

I'm driving down Southside Trulit Rd. eastbound when i notice a black ford taurus speed by me I turn my radar on and get behind him and he's going 80 mph.

*I get closer to him and turn on my lights and sirens he notices them and he pulls to the side of the road*

"PC-1 to COPA I have one vehicle stopped license plate THU 739 one white male driver"

*I put my rear directional lights on and step out of my car, I reach in and turn my siren off and grab my jacket, I walk up to the suspects car to get his license and registration*

'Good evening sir, do you know why I pulled you over?'
    'Was I speeding?'
    'You were 80 in a 50'
    'Really? Wow'
'You flew right by me, could I see your license, and registration please?'
'Sure' *He hands me his license and registration*

"PC-1 Could you run a John Carlson, for a warrant check please?"

I go back to my PC and open the door and sit inside waiting for a response.

I pull off the sidewalk and back to the station, before putting Jack Wilson in the holding cell. I walk back to my vehicle and pull out of the Police Station parkin space and then onto the Trulit Interpass. I accelerate down Trulit Interpass, I slow when I queue forms at the road to go onto the Interstate. I notice a vehicle speeding past on the interstate, it's brake lights were out and it's rear bumper missing. I switch on my lights and sirens, pull out of the queue and onto the Interstate.
"Dispatch, in pursuit of vehicle not road worthy. Number plate is missing."
A State Patrol Cruiser behind a sign on the Interstate sees me pursuing and follows me.

I speed up and ram the back of his vehicle, his car swerves, and drives into a ditch at the edge of the interstate. I pull up next to the ditch, and I switch my sirens off.The State Trooper does the same, he gets out with his gun out aiming at the drivers windscreen. I do the same, aiming at the other windscreen. I climb into the ditch and look inside, the driver is unconscious, his head resting on the seat. I try to open the door but it is locked, so I grab my Window Punch from m Utility belt and try to smash the windscreen. It akes me two attempts but I do it, I then grab my Seat Belt Cutter and I cut through the seat belt before pulling him out of the vehicle.

The State Trooper had already got his phone and called for a PEMS Ambulance. He looked uninjured apart from a few scratches an bruises, but I couldn't be too careful. Then he opened his eyes, blinked a few times and tried to sit up. I walked over to him and said "You ok?"
    "Err... Sure"
"You are aware that I am going to arrest you?"
    "Why?"
"Driving a non-roadworthy vehicle, resisting arrest and speeding."
    "Oh... Yeah."

I pull the Magnum onto the Interstate with the news of possibly tens of trucks running up and down the road all day. I pull to the side of the interstate, and back into a police patrol spot, so we can watch the traffic safely.
"CE-1 to COPA, we're parked in a Police Patrol spot at the Interstate, the Sixth Avenue exit, can we have information on when the boats are coming in, and possibly another unit to assist with traffic stops, over." I put the radio back on the dash, and look out over the slightly foggy Interstate.

As I finish setting the speed gun up on the dashboard I hear Booth's radio message to us, and I grab the radio and step out of the car for a minute as I put on my traffic vest.

'Hey Shawn.' I say, waving from our car as I grab the radio that's on the dashboard. I click it on and find the channel to address all officers.
"CE-1 to those assisting with truck stops, staging point will be Police Patrol spot at the Sixth Avenue exit on the Interstate. We'll be running from there. Direct questions to the EAT, Over." I put the radio back on the dash and climb out to speak to Booth.
'So Shawn, grab a Traffic Vest, just remember, be careful with trucks, never know what they'll do.' I smile slightly and look out over the Interstate from our slightly raised point, to see the second boat slowly coming in.

'Ok, about how long were you chasing him down until you rammed him?'

'And, about how fast were you going?'

"I'd been chasing him about 5 minutes, I saw him when I was turning onto the Interstate. And I was going about 65mph. I rammed him in the back, he swerved a bit and then he crashed."

'Ok, when you write up your report, you should take some pictures of the damage done to your car and include it in your report.'

'I will stay here and wait for the tow if you want to transport him to lockup.'

"PC-8 to dispatch, requesting a rollback tow at my location"

*I grab a report form my car and get my camera*

*I walk back over to Mandrose*

'If you will search his car and get any additional info i'll fill out the damage report and take picures'

*I walk up to Mandose's car and take a few pictures with my digital camera and begin to fill out the report.*

I walk over to my car, I open the trunk and grab a pair of latex gloves and a few evidence bags. I then walk over to the perps car and reach inside, under the seat and around those areas. I find a few empty cans of beer, a suspicious empty plastic bag, two fired bullets and a bullet embedded in the door. I cannot find any driving liscense or insurance information but I do find his wallet on thr back seat. Credit Card details say his name is David Johnson. I bag all this evidence and take to my car.

    *I walk over to Mandrose*

*I say as I see a car go by with a couple guys who were looking at me funny, waiting for dispatch to respond before I turn around on them*

"CE-1 to PC units on patrol, keep an eye out for truckers avoiding the main checkpoint, they'll probably be trying to bypass us by using the residential districts, over."

(Just like radio from our checkpoint, so it's meant to be shortish.)
