* I go and open my door and get a bottle of water from the dashboard and take a long drink. *

*I run out side and grab a back board and a set of straps and head up the ladder to were cressler is.*

*i move down the hall way and come to the office space where Cressler is.*

**At Alpha Base, not all of the team has arrived yet. Halls and I are ready to go, but Bridwell and Holmes are not.**

**I go ahead and get vital signs. I check for bleeding and the only noticeable injury is the gsw. I put a 3 sided occlusive and try to get an i.v going, then bvm. I also try to get permission for a needle T.**

*Mike and I reach the top floor and begin searching the first room*

After seeing the explosion and the resulting debris field fly from the building I really want to save anyone who is trapped in the building. I run to the back, put on my SCBA and also stage the ALS gear. I place 3 backboards, the ALS bag and some oxygen. I grab the radio:

"If anyone needs some ALS supplies they are staged next to SEV-1" BREAK "What do you want me to do Garcia"

"10-4. Sending Chris up now."
'Chris, get up on the stick. Go up to the edge and help with the patient.'
*My blood rushes wondering whether or not to keep my men out since the structure is unstable.*

*I help the patient down the ladder and hand him off to Garcia the most experienced FD medic.*
'Sir we found him in the first office as you can see he has 3rd degree over almost 80% of his body breathing is labored.'

*I take the time everyone is focusing on fire suppression. I sneak back into the building and find bruce continuing on the searches*

'I'm back bruce I slipped back in I'm sure I'm going to catch hell for it later but for now getting these people out is the important part.'

I continue trying to evacuate everyone away from the area.

I grab one of the backboards and also the ALS bag I make my way to the Ladder. I set it down and wait with Hannahan.

' casey your with me on a 2 1/2" line galligano has the Deck Gun, Lets start working our way to the left of the of the building, Austin and Tim can you take the right and Galligano on the Deck Gun take center we'll set up a perimeter. Nobody go inside or go near it, just as long as ur stream hits the fire thats all. '

*I work my way to the second office and start checking signs getting ready to enter.*

(not going to make entry until the others get to triage I don't want to make a huge bottle neck.)
