CO Alarm

'Mitch, see up the vent for this patient, I his HR's droping so Im giving .5 Atropine.'
*I grab the Drug bag and pull out the atropine. I push .5 in and I see no conversion on the monitor. I grab the pads and slap them on the pt. chest. I pace the pt. at 70 bpm and increase the mAmps to 85 were I see electrical and mechanical capture. I go the extra 10% to 93 mAmps. I check the B/P again. It is 70/50. I grab the dopamine and han a Dopamine drip at 10 mcg/Kg/min. For him I guess he weights about 200 lbs, so I set the drip rate 18 gtts/min.*
