    Brad Kidvue reporting live in the Area of West Trulit. I've just received reports of a Emergency Response Team Unit involved in an accident with a child. No more information is available, and it appears that the ERT is gone radio silent, and is only broadcasting relavent information to this emergency over the encrypted private channels a scanner cannot access.
