Incident: 2 vehicle MVA, No injuries.
Location: Union St/French District Rd



Description of events: Rear end collision on Union Street at French District Road. White Ford Expedition vs. a Honda Accord. Negative on injuries. Both occupants negative on medical. Vehicles weren't blocking the road way. No signs of braking. Insurance Information was exchanged onscene. Both parties needed a report for insurance companies. Both parties vehicles were drivable and had left the scene without a tow needed.

Incident: 2 vehicle MVA, Minor Injuries.
Location: Third and Boader


Description of events: Adam Singler had ran the red light at Third and Boader. He T-Boned Charlie Walker in the intersection. Adam had minor injuries, bleeding from his head. He seemed under the influence. I then conducted field sobriety test on Adam. His test all were showing affects of alcohol. I then gave him a test on the PAS, his results were .16 BAC. I then had transported him to ERT:PD and was put in a holding cell and had blood drawn for accurate testing. He then will be in detox for ten hours. Adam's vehicle will also be impounded by ERT:PD and will be held for 30 days.

ERT Official Police Report

Incident: Vehicle Pursuit
Location: Trulit Interpass - Trulit

Description of events: A Ford Van was on the Interpass in front of our Magnum, a ladder, not properly secured fell off the top of the vehicle, and I quickly put a roadblock in place, and moved the ladder to the side, before stopping the vehicle driver for dropping the ladder. After asking for a licence, I checked it, and as he returned to his vehicle, he fled the scene in his van. I called for back-up and SUP-2 (Sergeant Ledger) and PC-8 (Officer Lafferty) responded. As SUP-2 laid a spike strip, I boxed the vehicle in, and pulled out the driver, PC-8 cancelled and Sergeant Ledger pulled out a passenger. As I went to search the vehicle, we found another man in the rear, Sergeant Ledger pulled the man onto the road out of the back as he had a weapon to hand, and PEMS were called. TEC units arrived to impound the vehicle, and all units departed the scene, SUP-2 following to hospital the PEMS unit

Two other men were arrested, one was transported to the station, the other to hospital. No information was available on either man, and they refused to talk with the officers without lawyers.

Description of events:

Offender and another driver were previously seen attempting to beat each other out of the mall drive. I waved one through, then the other ran the first man off the road onto the center median strip. I responded and the offender became hostile. I subdued him by striking his sympathetic leg nerve with my baton, and subdued him.
