Just a clarification:
To be a training officer you must apply through the ERT general training officer (me)
OIC's, Truck officers, and supervsiors are responsible for making sure their people are trained, not to train them themselves.
There are four levels of training officers, being Lieutenant, Captain, Major, Chief Instructor, The latter two being semi and full time respectively.
To have an office you must be of captain rank minimum, and conduct your own classes, if you are a lieutenant, you are not commissioned to have your own classes.
Being of a rank in here means nothing on the operation area, so if you're a major here, that holds no rank outside of here.
Any questions may be PM'd to me or asked here
