The Local Military Base, Fort Basio is currently under a state of emergency as soldiers training today, suffered from an incident, leaving them trapped on a platform which is last known as on fire. Press has been blocked off of the base, however from what we can see, smoke is still billowing from the tower up above, and only ambulacnes ahve come in, not out yet,
