Two Car MVA

*I grab the exstinguisher and the back board and slowely work my way down to the car*
'Hey Lt. I got a backboard and fire exstinguisher Bruce's coming down with extrication tools what do you need me to do?'

'Sure. John, I'll be on the EMS channel, but if you need me just call Hutchison. I'll hear.'

*I meet Hutchison at the ALS tarp, drop the jumpbag.*

'Alright. (Bruce is going down...not Cory). Bruce, you ready yet?'
*Bruce gets the cutters and I hook him up to the support harness and after ensuring he's good, I tell him he's good to go.*
'Alright Bruce go.'
"Jessica, Bruce is coming down now."

((yeah I know I caught that afteR I posted it had to let the dog out so hed shut up though then came back and fixed it lol))

"Lt. Raven should tell you what to do from there. Start with that smoking engine though. put it out."

*I lay the backboard down on a secure spot and spray the exstinguisher into the smoking engine*

'Alrighty'
*Jumps out of the van with pen and clipboard in hand

"Good like that. Keep doing that. watch out for any liquids just in case around you. They're in your hands now Ewan."
*I watch as Bruce safely touches the ground then turns to Ewan.*

"Ladder 1 to COPA, we have our two with Lt. Raven now. The engine smoke is being dealt with and extrication looks to be starting."
*I look down to watch over my guys to make sure they're safe. I look back at the other guys (lol) and yell to them.*
'You guys good over there?'

*I finish putting the engine out and set the fire extstinguisher down next to me*
'Hey Lieu wanna get this exstinguisher up I don't think well be needing it anymore and with such little room to move it may be a hazard to keep down here'

"Alright, Bring it back up."
*I stand near the ledge and grab the extinguisher as Jess hoists it back up to me.
'Anders get this for me.'

'Lt. do we have any more information on the critical patient yet?'
*I start get out my IV supplies, Intubation roll, the EKG, and a blanket.*

'Not yet Cory, hold on, I'll check.'
"Raven, got an update on the victim yet?"

*I go back to the car and look inside while Bruce sets up the extrication tools*
'Lt. should we get a blanket down here for the victim before we cut them out or are we ust gonna use one of our bunker jakcets?'

'Use your bunker gear. Just back up when the cutters are being used and put the shield down on your helmet.

*i finish seting up the extraction tools.*
"When ever you guys are ready"

(Sorry I haven't been here for awhile)
'Does anybody need help with anything?'

I grab the heart monitor out of the ALS bag. "Heart rate is very very weak. Ridgeback I'm going to need another medic."

"Ewan, you want Cory?"
*I wave over to Cory to come to me.*
"You want him to bring something?"
'Cory, get your bag ready.'

"Yeah, hurry his ass up, this one is critical."

'When are we going to extracate?'

'Alright Cory, you're going down..get your ALS kit. Strap up.'
*I get some harnesses from the compartment and put it on Cory tightly.*
'Alright hook up and go down.'

"Alirght Raven I'll make my way down there" I grab my helmet put on a harness and hoist myself down there.

'careful Zack.'
"Ewan, you need any thing else?"
*I unclick my radio and hol it in my hand for my hand. My palms get sweaty and my heart races in hopes to get the critical patient out of the car.*

'Alright Lt., ready to go.'
*I hold my ALS bag tightly as I prepare for Lt. Hannahan to lower me down.*

*I hook the harness to the main support and tell Cory.*
'Sit on the edge and jump off. I'll help you down...'
*I get the rop ready so I could help Cory down.*

*I sit down and jump off the edge, reppelling my way down to the car.*
'I'm down Lt.'
*I quickly disconnect from the rope and hurry over to Raven.*
'What do we have Raven?'

*I get out a harness and helmet just incase Raven needs me then run over to the ledge*
'Raven, I have a helmet and harness ready incase you need me'

*I stand by Bruce*
'Lt. Raven I'll cover the victim with my turnout coat when were ready to extricate'

( anything for me to do)

I get down by Raven and prepare my tools for the victim to be extricated.

(when the patien has been attached to the backboard, help me hoist him up...)

*I go over and stand by Zach.*
'Raven, do you need someone in the car to start assessing and treating the vic?'
(Rigdeback or Raven can godmod me for a little while, I'll be out of town reffing a hockey game, I'll be back about 10pm EST.)

**We roll up and look at the scene. We see some injured people around with everyone treating.**
"P-11 on scene."

"Whats up Raven, what you guys need?"

**As I tell Galligano and the other guys to go get brooms and start clearing the road way**

Frank start cleaning up, we have everryone extricated.

((Holy crap the report will be long for this one : ( ))

"Hey Ewan, I'll write the report if you don't mind"

"oh no Frank, it'ss what I get paid to do. Ridgeback down here with your ambulance.

"Hey, guys, make sure to get the oil up too."

**They put down absorbents and sweep the ground**

"Naa, it's cool, I've been writing the reports longer "

(patients out?)
*I see Frank and put my hand up which what was supposed to be a wave then look over at the car and watch the guys work.*
'Is he out yet? I can't see.'

'Huh, my favorite part'
*I walk over and grab a broom and start sweeping*
'She's my cherrie pie!'
*Looks arounds hoping nobody saw that*

'When are we gunna hoist the PT out to ALS1?'

*I stand by Bruce waiting to hoist the patient*

((Sorry guys, I haven't been on lately. So the guy that I was cutting out is dead and this one is critical...got it!))
'Raven, I'll finish with Botfish cutting the dead guy out up here. I'm ready if you need me.'
'Botfish, get over here and help me with this. Bring the jaws.'
*I use the glass cutter to carefully cut and take out the windshield.*

'Roger!'
*I put down the broom and grab the jaws of life*
'WOW, this babys heavy'
*Then set it next to davis. I walk over to the generator and start it up then walk back over to davis*
'All set'

(you have to hoist down to it guys)
'Alright, you guys ready yet? (got him on the bacboard?) Check to see if he's secure. Zack get ready!'
*I get a hold on the rope and brace my arms and back to pull.*
'Tim, help me with this one!'

((No I believe our car was still above ground...))
'Thanks!'
*I start the generator, hook up the jaws, and put the jaws into the edge of the front left door near the bottom and open them.*

" Gotcha Hannahan"

* I walk over and helf Hannahan and get my grip on the rope*

(I thought you were taking the third car apart...that's the one you need to hoist down to...)
*Me and Tim slowly bring the backboard up with the patient on it.*
'I'll hold it, grab the patient!.'
*Tim runs and drags the bacboard onto the road and I slowly set the harness rope down.*

((Oh no, you guys are taking care of that one.))

*I finish cutting off the door, put down the jaws, adn move the door to the side.*
'Botfish, grab a backboard and help me get this guy out of here.'
