(( I thought it was three yellows :S))

'Okay thanks Austin.'

*I watch as two more victims are carried up and one little girl who is limping.

'I can help you over here on the yellow tarp!'

*I grab my bag and walk over to where one man is set down I take out my stethescope and BP cuff.

'Hello Sir I am Jack, I will be checking you okay? Where do you hurt?'

'My lower leg mainly.'

'Okay I will check that out for you.'

*I write down some notes on his vitals, his BP is 120/90 and his rate is 148 BPM. He is breathing normaly. I move my hand down to the distal area of his leg where I start to feel around. I notice his Tibia seems to be moved. I take out a splint and put it on.

'Okay sir, can I get your name quick then I will let you be taken to the hospital, you most likly broke your leg.'

'Ron Burham, darn it I just got back to work from a broken wrist.'

'Bummer man, I got to go but you be on your way to the ETC soon enough. Just let one of us know if you start to hurt somewhere else or feel any different okay?'

'Okay, thanks.'

*I get up and go on to see if anyone else needs helped.

'HEy Mitch, help me pack up here.'
"Rescue 1 to Squad 1 LFC (LF captain), All victims extricated and no hazmat complications present. We're cleaning up and I have my crew with me."
*I turn off the emergency lights and keep the scene lights on as I disconnect the spreaders.*

I take my turnout jacket off aswell as my helmet and put them in the cab. Then I go help Hannahan.

"That was a pretty good call huh?"

'Yeah, I'm just happy no one died.'
*I lift up the generator and put it in its tray in the compartment and push the tray back in. I make sure the cord is in as well as all of my hurst tools and I close it.*
'Help me fold this up.'
*I say talking about the triage tarp that's no longer needed.*

'Floan! If you want to help finish up checking ut the vics you can.'

*I walk over and turn off the mergency lights*

' Sure Austin im on it. '

* I grab an Pen and paper that i see on the ground and start heading off towards the green victims to get names, addressess and chief complaints. *

* i look up and see the pumper heading towards the triage*

" matthews to floan, tvfd is saying they can handle checking for hot spots, fire is out, we're heading up to your location at the ems triage with our tools"

* i pick up the shovel and rake and carry them as i un button my jacket and walk up to the pumper and put my tools away and step up into the drivers seat*

" Copy that Tim go ahead and make sure we have everything of ours around the crash site cleaned up. "

' Hey Austin, when are these patients being released and or transported. '

* I walk over to the Squad and look it over seeing as how this was my first call I want to get used to the placement of things. *

* As I check out all the green tagged individuals I see that they are all walking wounded, all with some minor bumps and bruises but no other appraent Injuries. 2 of them stare off into space. 1 of them is crying uncontrollably and the rest of them seem frin at least from a physical stand point. *

" Pump-11 Command to RA-1, We're gonna need transportation for these victims that are Green tagged, They are fine Physically just need transport to the ETC for evaluation. "

* I text Illyanna that Im ok and to tell her Im sorry for the mess that was left at the house from the Party. *

* Lt. Floan comes over to the EMS center and assess the situation. I look over at Botfish who is still treating one of the yellows. I walk over to the Yellow that Jack Anders treated and ask him if he is ready. he nods his head yes and I load him into my ambulance. *

' Sir would you mind sitting on the bench rather than laying on the stretcher that way we can get more of you guys in here instead of just 1. '

' Yea I guess thats fine but my leg is killing me!!!!!. '

' Its fine we'll get u fixed up but we need more in here too. '

* he sits on the bencj and i step out for another person. I come across another Yellow tagged little girl. I kneel down next to her, She is sobbing with her parents at her side. *

' Hello My name is Jamie. I see your leg hurts, would it be ok if I can take you to the Hospital? I promise your mom and dad can come along too ok? '

* She nods her head yes too so I pick her up and carry her to the ambulance with me, her parents trail close behind. I load her up and let her know I will be right back. I step back out of the ambulance again to get my partner. *

' Don can you drive I have several victims back here to take to the ER. '

* He agrees and I get back in, he shuts the doors and we start to drive off towards the ETC. *

" Central Medic 2 is en route to ETC with 4 Victims, 2 Yellow and 2 Greens. "

"Get the yellows out first and the remaning ambos can take the greens"

*I finish looking the patients over*

*I drag my line back over to the pumper. I do them a favor and disconnect and drain it. I roll it back up and put it back in the crosslay section. Then I walk back over to the squad and begin disconnect the jaws.*

" Pump-11 Command to All Pump-11 Personell, Pack her up. Time to head out this is an EMS thing now. "

Victim count is as follows.

1 Yellow left on scene.

6 Greens Left on Scene.

* I walk over to Austin and shake his hand. *

' Good Job Botfish I'll see ya back at the house. '

* I walk back to the engine and take off my turnout pants, throw them in the back seat and climb into my seat. I put my headset on and close my door. *

" Pump-11 to OSC, We are gonna clear and return to station. "

*I pack up the jaws, spreaders, and generator and shut all the equipment cabinets. Then I get into the driver's seat, turn off the lights except the director bar, and take off my gear. I put my jacket and helmet on the seat and wait for the guys to finish up.*

*I jump into my seat and put my air pack up. I take my coat off and sit down.*
'Never seen a plane crash go that well before.'

*I finish shaking his hand*

'What did I do? I was just doing my job.' *I think in my head*

'Cory can we take someone to the hospital?'

* I see the rest of my crew climb aboard. the Squad is starting to pack their gear up as well as the rescue. There is alot of TVFD Radio chatter regarding the Brush fire and I start to get a little concerned. *

" ERT Pump-11 to TVFD Battalion 1 we are gonna clear, do your men need further assistance?. "

* The chief comes on the radio that their men can handle from here and thank you for the assistance. I return the pleasentry and Casey starts to pull away from the scene. *

( Ok Pump-11 guys continue from here back at the station. )

*As we finish helping TVFD guys with the brush fire, I help them pack up seeing I hav nothing else to do. I go over to the squad and start to help them pack up.*
'First call ehhh Stanley?'

'Hey thanks John!'

*I say out the driver's side window.*

'No prob dude. You guys ready to go? Everything is packed up on our end and uh your truck is good too.'
*I walk to Raven.*
'Sup Ewan. You still need me here?'

'Let's go Chuck! You have a test to make tommorow at the TA'

*I see the ambos come and take the rest of the victims So I pack the stuff up*

"RA-1 clearing scene all victims have been transported and fires are out"

*Me and Corty get in and go back to the station*

' Yes my first call. I havent even been able to put anything at the station and i dont even have gear yet. I dont even know who's gear im wearing right now haha. '

* I climb aboard and wait to leave. *

'Got it Jansen! Let's hit it, we're done here.'

*I honk the horns and put the squad into drive. I wave to the rescue crew as we pull away.*

"Squad 1 to COPA, we're returning to the station."

'That's reserve gear probie, your's should be at the station at your locker'

"COPA S1, jansen, make sure you have your boys ready for that test. I need it today."

"Rescue 1 to COPA, we're clearing up and returning to station. Mark us in service."
*I wave Mitch back in the truck and I get in and take my helmet off, put my gloves in it and put my helmet face down on the dash. I open the EAT and mark us In Service and I turn it away from me as we move out of the fairgrounds.*
