I'd like people to tell me names of any NPCs encountered, especially commanders of organizations or I'll make some up. If anyone know any NPC unit names, please tell and does anyone know if the FBI have a field office in Phoxlind? Anything else you think I should add, go right ahead and say. This is not official as it hasn't been approved by DCBurke, but I'm bored.

There is already a notables guide created, so this will be unneccessary. If anyone has anything to add to the actual list, they contact me and it gets added. This way everyone is on the same page, instead of people thinking something which isn't right,

The only things I found were the City Emergency Services page in City Life, a bit on the Lingo section and also the Important NPCs page. I couldn't find much else, but if there is could you perhaps put a link down or some directions?
