TAC Raid in Japanese District.

"COPa, this is 121, PPD, surveillance has all occupants in the house, move now. Unknown amount inside, renovations leave the inside also a mystery."

**I pull into HQ and see Booth already waiting at the RRT truck.**

'Thanks for waiting, Booth. We'll give the other guys sixty seconds, and if they're not here, they can follow in their POVs. Burke wants this done fast, so there isn't going to be time for you to look for a sniping position. The sniper's bay in the RRT truck will have to do.'

((Since you're short a patrol cop after 24 hours))

"Traffic 1 responding to Japanese District for Scene safety."

'10-4 Boss, will do'
*I take my sniper out and make sure it is ready to be used if need be*

'I'm Ready now'

**I get into the RRT. It's been too long already.**

"RRT is rolling out. TAC members who aren't in the RRT, just go to the scene in your POVs."

*I pull in behind the RRT*

"PC-8 to RRT: I'm right behind you"

*I then roll my window down as I turn my radio onto some Johnny Cash*

I pull in behind PC-8. "T-1 is in position."

I laugh, overhearing Ring of Fire coming from Lafferty's radio.

*I notice Morrigan Laughing behind me*

"Don't Judge me T-1"

*I say looking at the car next to me and they start singing along*

"You guys ready?"

"Our sniper is in the back of the RRT, and I see Martins driving up in his POV...wait...yeah, it's him. We'll be inside in about a minute."

**I get out of the RRT with my gear and motion for Martins to stop his car.**

'Alright, we're running short for this raid, so we have to stay together. I'll be the point man; you will breach the front door, and I'll go in with the shield. I want you to take the M16 with the underbarrel grenade launcher, and load some flash grenades in there. I'll have my UMP with the stock extended.'

((I'm going to godmod Martins, as he seems inactive. Martins, if you're reading this, you can take over for yourself at any time.))

'I'm ready boss, lets go catch some bad guys, I don't feel like shooting anyone but I will if i am forced too'

"You've shown us you will in the past, Booth. Lafferty, turn the music off for a minute. We need you to announce 'Police! Search warrant!' over the bullhorn before we go in."

**I move up with Manuel towards the front of the house. I have my shield up. Manuel has a one-man battering ram that he will use to bring in the front door. Both of us have zip-cuffs for arm and leg restraints, in case there are multiple suspects inside.**

I look to my passenger. 'All right, MacLean. We're Scene security. No one goes in. Anyone who runs, catch. We wait outside until Tac is clear. Since this is their operation, Lt. Bucello is the OIC, or Officer in Charge. Anything he asks, we do.'

He nods in understanding. I step out of the car and adjust my vest. I motion for him to be ready to take the car if needed.

"T-1 to Tac, Scene is secured. We've got the perimeter and are ready on your mark."

*I put my car in park and get the mic for my PA system*

'Well, I hope this thing works.'

*I say with a laugh as I turn my siren from HF to PA mode*

"PC-8 to RRT: Were ready on your go"

"Lafferty, go for it. Martins, once he stops broadcasting, bring the door in."

(Yall do know, that they usually announce as they break down the door right?)

*I raise the mic and key it up*

"ERT POLICE, SEARCH WARRANT"

*I then turn my siren back to HF and get ready to take care of any suspects*

((It varies from department to department, but they generally announce it immediately before. Literally, as soon as the warning is given, that door comes in.))

**I feel a woosh as Martins swings the battering ram; the door flies open, and I step in with the shield in one hand and the UMP in the other. Manuel tosses the battering ram aside; it will no longer be needed. Manuel has the M16 up as he stands behind me, using the shield as cover. The room is empty, with stairs leading to the second floor and two archways on our left and right. I signal for us to move into the next room.**

"Entry team has breached the door."

**In the next room, there's a person who had been watching TV, but got up and had been going for the front door before it came in. Martins and I move together towards him.**

'Get down! Don't reach for anything!'

**He looks shocked and raises his hands slightly.**

'Put 'em up, for real. Up high!'

**He raises his hands further; Martins takes his hands and puts zip-cuffs on them while I do my best to cover him. I see one person run out the open front door.**

"Patrol units, there's one running out the front."

(Alright, I was just saying since they usually try to destroy the evidence if they have the chance)

*I hear someone say something on the radio but can't read it out*

'Stupid radio'

*Suddenly, some guy jumps over my hood and takes off running*

'Oh snap, now its on like donkey kong'

*I say as I jump out of my car and take off running after him, I key up my mic*

"PC-8 is after one heading along the main road"

*Suddenly, he changes direction and cuts down an alley, and I look behind me real quick and only notice some civilain running after us. I continue to chase the guy when he jumps over a fence*

*I jump over and there the suspect is waiting for me. We start fighting and I try to key up my radio but I reach for it and its not there. I push the subject back and draw my baton and order him on the ground and he charges at me and I strike him on the back of the legs and before I can subdue him he starts resisting me again.*

*As we continue to struggle he pulls a weapon and points it at me, I strike his arm with my baton and he drops the weapon and I get him secured and on the ground*

'Where's my radio'

*I say as I look around for it. I spot it by the fence.*

**It must have fallen off when I jumped over**

*I think to myself, when I notice someone else walking up*

'Hey, do you need some help officer?'

'No, I need you to back up.'

*He takes another step forward*

'I Said step back! Now!'

*He continues to stand there*

'I ain't gonna tell you again'

*He finally turns around and walks away, as he does I grab the subjects weapon and I secure it and keep an eye on him and retrive my radio. I grab the subject and walk back to my unit*

"PC-8 to Dispatch: I have one subject in custody"

*When we arrive at my unit I search the subject and only find his drivers license on him*

'Was that weapon the only reason you ran?'

'Yeah, so whats it to you?'

*I read him his rights and put him in the back of my unit*

'You know, I could have shot you back there for pointing a gun at me. Don't you?'

'Yeah, why didn't you?'

'Because, its a lot of paperwork.'

*He looks at me for a moment to see if i'm joking.*

'You serious?'

'Yep, and thats the only reason.'

*I say as I slam the door shut and open my driver door and get in and pull up my EAT*

*I aim my gun at the house waiting for something to happen but so far nothing, Then I look over to lafferty and see him with his perp and laugh*

*I enter the subjects information into my computer*

*I say as I look at the subject behind me*

'Man, you kiss my As'

'Oh shut up.'

*I say cutting him off*

"PC-8 to COPA: Be advised this subject has warrants out for Florida. Could you send a terminal message to them and see if they want him?"

*I send a copy of my EAT to COPA

((You really brought us a good one. I expected a record, but not a warrant for homicide.))

**While Lafferty is chasing the runner, Martins restrained the suspect's feet with a second set of zip-cuffs. Short of worming or potato-sack-hopping his way out, he won't be leaving.**

"One restrained, living room."

**I lead us into the next room, the kitchen, which is empty. There is a Hot Pocket in the microwave; the guy who ran out was probably making it when he saw us come in. The dining room is also empty. We end up back in front of the stairs.**

"Ground floor is clear; searching upstairs."

**I position my shield in front of the stairs.**

'Manuel, flash the top landing and run up behind me.'

**Manuel fires a flash grenade from his launcher; it goes off at the top of the stairs. I run up with my shield, quickly turning when I reach the top. I'm now looking down a narrow hallway with a door on either side.**

'Left first.'

**I get in front of the door and prepare to open it. Manuel is behind me, with his gun pointed at the other door.**

*I redirect my rifle up to the upper floor and try to see if I can find any perps*

"Bucello as far as I could tell we have one person upstairs in what appears to be a bathroom, unsure if he's armed or not"

((I'm in new york city for the time being. I'll try to post, but my posts will be shorter.))

**I open the door and move in, with Martins behind me. It's an empty bedroom. Martins yells that the other door is being opened. When it opens, I move across the hall and push the man to the floor with the shield.**

'Cuff him!'

**Martins and I restrain the suspect. I look into the toilet and see a bag of marijuana floating in it.**

"Looks like the house is clear. We need a patrol guy to move these two suspects."

"PC-8 to T-1: Can yall copy RRT's request for manpower inside. I'm still with my subject"

*I say as I print out the EAT printout. And put it on my dash*

'Man, you really don't learn do you?'

*I say looking in my rearview mirror at him*

((Sorry I haven't said much. Weekends are long workdays for me))

"Copy that."
I look back to T-1. 'MacLean, let's go!'

John gets out and follows me to the door. We draw our pistols for safety's sake and head into the house. As we clear each room to the staircase, we see Tac at the top and holster our sidearms.

'Officers on the stairwell!' I call out, making sure Tac isn't taken by surprise. We come up the stairs and take possession of the two perps. I nod to Lt. Bucello. 'We'll be outside if you need us, Lieutenant.'

We head back out and place the suspects in the back. 'Run 'em rookie.' MacLean runs the id's.

I look at the screen as MacLean leans it toward me. Perplexed, I look into the back. 'Robertson, where do you work?' He says nothing. I step out of the car and get on my radio.

"COPA, T-1. Can we look into an Adam Robertson? I'd like to know if he's been employed by Public Works or the electric company. Could be our traffic light guy."

*I close my door and pick up my Microphone*

"PC-8 to RRT: Am I clear to clear the scene and transport my subject?"

*I put my microphone down and send in my report via EAT*

"Copy, get him out of here. See about frying some agency guys out here; we'll rope the place off."

**I head back to the RRT and get a roll of yellow tape. A neighbor asks me what happened.**

'We were asked to serve an arrest warrant; now please, if you could step back.'

**I unroll the tape and rope off the house.**

"10-4"

"8 to COPA: I'm clear the scene transporting one male subject"

*I drive to the jail and drop my subject off*

"PC-8 is out at the city jail"

*After processing the subject I walk back out to my unit and get in*

"PC-8 is back in service"

*I walk over to the Lt.*

'hey Lieutenant you need me to do anything?'

'Sure; it looks like some neighbors and passers-by might be getting too close. Just wave them off if they get too close, ok?'

'10-4 Will do'

*I walk over to the tape and see a car trying to come my way, I wave him off and he keeps coming and he rolls down his window*

'Hey man, what's going on?'
'Whats going on here?'
'We were performing a warrant'
'Oh I see'
'So yeah you need turn around and drive away'
'Alright will do'
'I know you will or you'll be in cuffs going to jail'

*He decides to listen and drives away*

((Not too abrasive when people are actually listening to you. Also, I'll be on the road tomorrow, so expect limited if any posting.))

I get back into the car and look at MacLean. 'Take us to the jail.'

"T1 to lockup with 2."

We get to the jail and process the offenders and head back to the car.

"T1 is available for callout."

**Several cars pull up, full of detectives from the agency. There are also a couple of city officers and a representative of the city Department of Tramsportation. I go over to one of the city officers.**

'Is that guy from DoT? Make sure he stays on the civilian side of the tape. I know he wants to know who's been messing with the streetlights, but he can wait.'

**I get into the RRT truck. Martins follows, as does Booth.**

"COPA, TAC is clearing. All units at the high-risk entry scene are allowed to clear."
