haha you don't need it we're feds, we work outside law enforcement. We're mainly military/homeland security agents, or special ops like navy seals in the homeland, I guess..

I just realized something. The CTU is probably one of the worst groups for breaking laws, except they're above the law... Oh well, I've got a border protecting me, if they try and take me, that's an act of war, so I'm safe!
