**after intro ends** For those of you just joining us, there is a fire at Kingston Elementary School in Phoxlind; fire crews are already on scene. We should note that there are no children inside of the building, but there is at least one person who has not yet left the buiding. There is also major flooding in Louisiana after the Morganza Spillway was opened, sending large amounts of water into rural areas of the state, but Baton Rouge and New Orleans are expected to escape the worst of the flooding because of this action.
