Well budget had the room, so Rescue 1 is getting the fire version added to their rollout, while HR-1 is getting the scout LE version added, primarily by use of their scout.

Well realistically, you are support, so you would go second to anything, not usually first. Also if RA-1 takes the medical on the Foxtrot call, you're supposed to roll with him for support, remember that!
