Instead of a paragraph at the end of a call, this is how things will work now.

Summary will come from COPA. I'll show an example summary from a call and highlight points in red to explain.

    ERT Call 070910
    Small House Fire
Notice Call number: Month, day, year

Units or Task Forces on scene:
    Lightforce 1 Additional
    ALS-1
    RA-1
    Patrol Cars 1, 6
All units brought on to the scene are listed.
Call arrived at 07:45 of a kitchen fire. Lightforce 1 and RA-1 dispatched. LFO announced need for Additional units, ALS-1, Squad 1, and two patrol units.
Initial alert time listed, as well as initial units sent. Notice of when extra units called out.
No deaths, one major injury, one minor. No personnel injuries. Major injury transported code 3 in ALS-1. Minor treated in RA-1 and sent to hospital at own leisure.
List of injuries, deaths and transports made.
Police kept talking out of character too much. Call lasted to long. Firefighters put selves at risk unnecessarily. EMS was sloppy with work.
Pointing out all problems with this call. Only difference would be there would be more detail in each incident.
