Phoxlind Hotel

I 15 story hotel in the Commercial area near the convention center.

*I pull into the driveway, she gets out, I hand her her bag from behind my seat.*

'Thanks for getting me an the breakfast. I'm here fro the week, I'll call your for dinner or something.'

'Okay, see you later, have fun out your convention.'

*She shuts the door, I pull away and drive to the fire station.*

*I pull up the driveway, put my car in park but leave it running, and get out my phone, and text my friend:*

'Hey. I'm in the driveway.'

'K. 5 minutes.'

*I get my laptop from under the seat, go on it, connect to the hotel's wireless internet and check emails*

*As I read a Devils pre-game email, I get interrupted by a knock on my window, I look up at a Phoxlind police officer looking into my window*

'Hello.'

'Hey. You can't sit here.'

'I'm picking somebody up, she's going to be down in a minute.'

'Well you can't sit here.'

'Fine.'

*I roll up my window.*

'Jesus Phoxlind PD, you got nothing better to do than watch for people idling in front of hotels?'

*I put it in drive, pull out onto the road, then back onto the driveway, where my friend is now standing. I stop, she gets in*

'Hey, Doug.'

'What's up, Kelly?'

'Not much. Why were you leaving when I came out?'

*I pull onto the road*

'Oh, Phoxlind cops have nothing better to do, they told me I couldn't idle there waiting for somebody.'

'Oh, was there a fire at the port today? Where you there?'

'Yeah, it was a boat fire. Had some explosives on it. Two firefighters injured.'

'Oh my god. What happened? Are they alright?'

'Both resulted from explosions. First one was on of the truck officers, he got burns to his face and hand, I handled that one. Second one was a leg injury, I think he fell through some big container or something. Not sure, I didn't take that one'

(Hmm another female? haha)

(haha Yup. Real life friend. Probably not joining though. Maybe i can get her to)

(hmm that maybe better be changing to a I will haha.)

(If you got maybe a lil romance on the go, then brought her in as like your character's wife and coworker, I'd be very proud, and maybe consider you for a promotion )

(lol, if we need dispatchers then I can get her. She's not but that's what she wants to do.)

(wait if it's his wife I can't flirt then....thats no fun)
