Obviously, it is impossible to have a real time system, as it just doesn't work, thus creation of PATZ, which is in dimension 45, allowing time warp as well, how this will work will have to be figured out though Razz

What if my option 2 was put in place, EAT included date of call, concurrent running calls, time, other info, and healing and that was given in RL time?

I think hyper heal will work. If Moon would be out for say two weeks, he is out for two weeks rl, then comes back to the station. I don't see that as really confusing. I may be missing something though.

For that stuff we can time warp.

If its one day, it'll be only a few hours or set hours each day. We could be on shift this and this day and off shift this day. It'll be one complete day but the downfall will be whether or not to put the actual date of the call on the EAT or the PATZ date. That's my two pence, or cents haha.

I put the call number now to denote the date of the call on first glance, mostly it's for me, just so I know what's on the go XD

I think what will be put into effect is that we'll go with your time zone to an effect.

If you're at the station when the call comes in, then you're assumed there, if you aren't, then you have until the truck leaves to post a POV response to station, if you don't post it, you're assumed that you made it to the station. When the call ends, you would either stay at the station if when COPA clears falls between the hours of daytime in YOUR TIMEZONE, and if it falls in the hours of nighttime in your time zone, then you are off duty.

IE, assuming I'm back to TAC medic
I am at the mall when I get dispatched to roll out to a tactical call. I'd jump in my car and race to the station, meanwhile, my TO prepares the truck instead of just leaving before I can post (he doesn't have to wait, he can just leave) We do the call per norm. I am in -3.5 and my TO is in +4. We finish the call at 4pm GMT. I get back to the station and would stay, while my TO would return home, because it's 8pm in his timezone.

Obviously, this would be mostly for fire, but applies to all.
Note for patrol officers. If not patrolling when a call comes in requesting all PD patrol, you respond to the station CODE 1 and then respond from the station in your ERT unit unless COPA gives differing directions. Joe Libor is exempt from this, as he is a k9 officer and will always have his unit with him, so he'd skip the to station, and just go straight to the scene.

What about the pre-hospital division? IE me, BLS- and ALS-1? And my shift schedule, like when I'm on call for the EDRC, and when I'm at the hospital.

EMS division will work on a needed basis, same as the fire now, but once we get more units in transport, it'll be on a better way.
As for EDRC, you'll work every second day at the hospital, with the same go home after call schedule. If you're requested to a call while at hospital, then you would go to call. If you are working a day on the unit and not at hospital then you can consider that a day off unless a call comes in.

Ok so now it just all depends on our own timezone weather or not we're on duty after a call or whatever. I like that idea the best because then I'd be working a shift and I'll be sleeping in RL or something like that haha.
