John Floan's House

Welcome to my home. aka: Sunset Ranch

This is a 2 story 5 bedroom 3 1/2 bath Ranch with 654 acres of Land located 1 Mile up a dirt road off of Beautiful Apple road.

Currently I live with my Beautiful Girlfriend Illyanna Sands, Her child and my Dogs

Looking to buy a Horse and enjoy learning to ride.

* I back the Moving truck into my new house's driveway and begin unloading my stuff. After 3 boxes I start to tire and call a Moving company to come in and finish moving me in. After all is said and done and I have a Couch, TV and Clothes which is all I have left after my Ex threw me out of our apartment because a certain someone Mistakenly thought I was supposed to be on duty that night and I blew off a date with her. I sit down on my couch, flip on my TV and think how good it is to Finally have a home of my own. *

' Ahhhh Home sweet home, '

(It was one date!!!! lol)

* I arrive home and pull into my Driveway, get out of my truck and walk into the House. Throwing my stuff on the floor on the laundry room I begin to Look around. *
" Hmm im gonna need to go do more furniture shopping, but first things first "
* I walk outside and play with my dogs then start up my Tractor to go do some plowing for the upcoming crop season *

* I pull up to my house and start looking around *
' Hmm i think its time to put an addition onto the house, now if only i knew a good contractor. hmm i think Hannahan owesme a favor maybe he can come over and do some work on the house. '
* I pull my Cobra out and open the hood to start working on it, I wonder if I add a 150 wet shot of NOS if i can reach that 550hp range, well might as well find out. '

* I pull into the garage from a long shift and greet my dogs, then head up to the bathroom, take a quick shower and head to bed. *

* I wake up after 4 hits tot he snooze on my alarm and take a shower, brush my teeth and change into some Jeans and a polo. I walk down the stairs and into my kitchen and cook myself some breakfast after enjoying a nice Omlete I decide to take the Cobra to the firehouse today, I start her up, let it warm up then take off down Apple Rd towards the firehouse. I notice on my drive the Ranch hands working in the fields, and my dogs running along the fence trying to catch up to me. *
' bye guys I will be back tonight '

* I drive up the road to my house and park the Cobra in the garage, I get out and im immediatly greeted by my dogs. *

' Hey u guys, nice to see u agan. '

* I pet them for a minute then go inside ot my Kitchen and listen to my voicemail messages. that only depresses me further and i remember a saying I once heard somewhere. ( Sometimes when you dont know where to turn, you turn to what you know ) I grab a bottle of Jack Daniel's and a 2 liter of Coke and sit in my recliner with the sounds of easy listening music and enjoy a Nice peaceful evening drinking my problems away. *

* I switch my Stereo to CD and put on Luther Vandross, sit back in my recliner, drink a lot more and put my headphones on. *

* I attempt to get up and stumble to my knees , my headphones fall off my head and i crawl to the table where i make it to my feet. I walk very badly over to my bedroom and fall ( Literally ) into my bed and pass out for the night. *

' Oh good lord what the hell is that '

* I grab my head and slowly stumble out of bed, I walk over to my bathroom, open the medicine cabinet and take 3 Tylenol's, walk in a very bad way out to the kitchen and cook come breakfast. *

* I eat my quick eggs and have a drink of VERY black coffee then I walk to my bedroom and into my walk in closet where I get dressed ( Blue Jeans and a Simple white T-Shirt. then i go back out and get another cup of coffee before sitting in my chair and watch TV. *

* After a Long day of watching TV, i get up and take a LONG overdue shower, change into the P.J's and crash in bed. *

* I pull into my garage and close the door behind me, I sit in my truck for a few minutes and unwind from a very LONG shift, I get out and walk into my house through the kitchen access, take my coat off, throw it on the Dining room table and Pick up the phone to call Illyanna. *

* I wake up and look at my clock which reads 0730 and realize I have slept on my couch last night lol. I get up and walk to the bathroom, take a quick shower, get dressed and walk out to my back yard, Im quickly greeted by my dogs and I start to throw the ball for them. I play with them for about a 1/2 an hour then go inside to call Illyanna. *

* I take another shower and change into a Nice suit and my Italian dress shoes, I walk over and put on 2 spritz's of my CK-One and walk towards my Cobra. I start the engine, open the Garage door and drive out heading to Pick up Illyanna for a Night on the town. *

* We pull up to the house and I open the garage door and drive in. I turn the car off, close the garage door and step out. I open the door for Illy and she steps out too. We walk inside and I put on some soft music ( Kenny G to be precise ). I walk over to my bar and make us each a glass of milk LOLOL and we start dancing to the music for what seems to be hours before sitting apart from eachother on seperate sofa's to watch family friendly TV for the rest of the night

* I wake up and grab a quick shower before leaving a Note saying: Stay as long as you want, make yourself at home. I grab my bag and jump in my Suburban. I turn it on, open the garage door and back out. I step out of the truck and let it warm up while I say bye to my 2 dogs. I jump back into the truck and close my garage door before driving down the road and out to the main highway towards the firehouse to start my shift. *

(why didn't you take a shower the night before?!)

* I Pull up the dirt road, through the gates to my ranch and eventually come to my garage. I notice there is a strange car I have never seen before there, and my dogs they arent barking or anything So i get a little nervous and I et out shut the door, take my portable radio with me and start walking around the property to see whats going on. I start walking around back and notice a strange man there. *

' Excuse me, who the hell are u and give me 1 reason not to shoot you right now for being on my property. '

Man: im sorry my name is Johnathan Whirler and Im with Metro Realty, I have received your application to purchase more land than your acres that you already own and I wanted to personally tell you that your application has been accepted. So congratulations you now own an additional 600 Acres. '

Me: Oh.... I apologize, out here in the country we dont usually get visitors like this, would you like to come in?

Man: No no thank you I must be going but Here is the deed for the additional acres.

Me: Thank you very much and u have a safe drive back to Civilization lol.

* I take the deed and run into the house quite happy with myself, the man drives off and I immediatly get on the phone calling people over for a BBQ. *

*i turn into johns driveway and drive up to his house and park off to the side i hop out and walk over and ring the door bell*

' Hey bruce come on in, Im starting the grill in the back. '

* I yell to him as I look and see him through my window. I start my grill and go back into the kitchen to finish marinating the steak and Chicken. *

*i walk around the back of his house and say hi*
'hey whats up?'

' Nuthin much just relaxing, Bought an additional 600 Acres today, just closed so I can now go riding, assuming of course im gonna get a horse lolol, and hunt in the winter WOOHOO gonna be lots of fun, How u doing?. '

'im alright. lol. nice place you got here'

' Thx, its always a work in progress, oh btw I think Hannahan's coming too, so a couple of old truckmates lol nice, How is Jess? '

'shes good, were going steady...ill text her and see if shes comming'
***txt message to jess: Hey you should come over to floans for a cookout***

*I pull up in the front but I don't see anything but I see rising smoke in the back of the house. I get out quickly and close the door behind me and lock it. I swing my radio strap around my shouolder on my and turn on my radio just in case. I get a bit antsy but before I call in PFD, I go to the backyard to check it out. I get close and I smell food and a sense of calmness comes over my thinking. I smile and come around the side of the house to the back.*
'Hey everyone! Where is everybody?' I say smiling but wondering if we're going to be the only one here.'

' Going steady huh nice. The firehouse seems almost strange now without John or Moon in it . '

'yeah station 1 lost its building catcher lol, hey Hannahan what was up with that not you left me?'

'Did you read it? Just wnated to say temporoary congrats hah. Oh and about the station thing, I'm bringin new life into that place.'
*I sit in one of the chairs and look down into the forests.*

* I take a seat next to hannahan and see the fire in hte BBQ starting to burn better. *

' Yea although i wish u luck at sta , if u ever want a Hose Position on the Engine let me know lol. '

'Haha, thanks man. I got this far, I don't wanna go back down the ladder haha. So uh, how you liking this house here. Kinda far from main roads don't you think?'
*I sit back and look at Floan.*

*I pull up outside and park then I head inside and walk over to Bruce*
'Hey Guys'

' hey Jess how have u been, and yea its far from all the B.S that is the city, I can come here, relax and do my own thing. '

*i stand up and give jess a kiss and sit down with her*

*I give Bruce a kiss back and sit with him*
'So whats on the menu tonight haha'

*I walk to the back of the house and see everyone*
'Hey guys! Only a couple more days tll I get my brace off!'

'BC, how you been hahaha?'

* I pull my impala behind hannahan's car and walk out and make sure i have my pager on my side and my blackberry in my pocket then i walk inside*
' Hey guys, Lt. How's it goin?'

*I turn on my ipod on loud and start playing Boombox (click here to listen). I laugh as it plays and I turn it up.*
'One of my favorite songs hahaha.'

* I hear hannahan's radio going off and i get up but then realize my pager isnt going off and listen*
**"Squad-1: ADT reporting alarm going off, possibly false alarm..."**
' ahh man, thought we had something good'
* I look up and see that no squad guys are here*
'Hmmm..thats weird' i think to myself
