Joseph Mandrose's House

Description and Information
On the left hand driveway, Mike's Red Lotus Exige 2006 lays, and on the right hand path-way, lays my Dodge Charger Patrol Car (I know it looks nothing like it). Joseph drives a 2010 Ford Taurus. There is a swimming pool in the garden with two deck chairs. A fire pump also lays in our garden, after being installed by the PFD whilst the house was being built. On the roof is a sunshade with two deck chairs underneath it. The road in-front of the house is French District Road, and to the left is Pitt's Lane.

On the first floor, there is a study, kitchen, porch, living room, toilet and dining room. On the second floor there is: 2 bathrooms, 2 bedrooms, a boiler room, a spare bedroom and a 2 empty rooms.

The house is afforded by Mike and Josehp, becfuase of the money Mike earned from soldiering and the money that was donated to Joseph by his parents plus the money that he earned in the Metropolitan Police Department.

Micheal Bartholomew - Joseph's best friend, lives and partially owns Joseph's house. Works as the Treasurer, Master Sergeant at Fort Basio.
Kate North – Works as a Nurse at Kitson City Hospital. Joseph's girlfriend.

Micheal "Mike" Bartholomew
Occupation: Master Sergeant, Finance Corps, U.S. Army
Birthplace: New York
Info: Born in 1980, Mike lived in New York until the age of 18. He dreamed of becoming a soldier since he was 10, and he did in 1999. He joined the U.S. Army, and after training he was sent immediately to the Afghanistan Conflict. He completed 2 terms of service in Afghanistan, but he was injured badly at the end of the second. He was given a prosphetic left leg. He won the Purple Heart, Global War on Terrorism Service Medal, Army Service Medal and multiple others. He requested that he could work in Phoxlind as he knew many friends there. Command granted his request as there was a Treasurers position open in Fort Basio. He has worked there since 2005.

(Like the planning, but remember, you're on a police officers salary, which won't buy you a mansion. Please either put in a realistic scenario as to how you can afford it, or edit it to something more realistic)

Note that I live with a long-serving Master Sergeant in the U.S. Army who partly pays for the house. And I bought it with money from my Mother, whos a Doctor and my father who's an ex-Army Colonel.
