Windows Movie Maker, using audio and video from YouTube. The title card was made with MS Paint, with each added letter being a separate image queued up, one after the other in sequence.

I'm reinstalling Aftereffects, which is adobe's software for CGI, and then I'm going to throw in some footage from the scene, it'll be low quality images as it's all from a cell phone video, but our wonderful forensics department will be able to touch it up slightly.
As for pictures of the aftermath, I'll have some once we reopen the area.

That was a perfect video! Needs some smoke in the air though since the news crews couldn't get that close or a birds eye view since that news helicopter hovered over the place then left.

Well this was all stock footage, and i was pretty impressed with his work... He's getting a special prize for thinking ahead, and a second job if he so desires, more to follow later on.
