Gas Bar Holdup

Gas bar hold up. PC 2, 6 and Bridwell due.

*I pull up on scene and see a white male trying to car jack some lady. He spots me has a panic look in his eyes he jumps in the car a takes off*

"hes the one who robbed us hes the one" *some lady was yelling and pointing to the car.

*I take off after him*

"central this is patrol 2 im in pursuit of a grey Toyota 4 door. We are headed north bound on 8th street headed to the interstate. Traffic conditions are heavy. Unknown if any weapons. Central if you could call the bar and find out what where the sercs of the robbery. All units continue responding code 3 and i will advise "

I pull up at the scene and shut the siren off. "AG1 to Central, we're onscene at the gas bar in AG4. We'll start investigating and questioning the people" I put on the traffic advisor and get out of my car. Out of the trunk I get traffic cones and crime scene tape. After putting the cones around my truck I tape off the area.

I walk up to yelling lady. "Calm down m'am, I'm special agent Jansen from the ERT. I need to know how the man who robbed you looks and if he has a weapon"
"Okay,okay..he's caucasian, average height and black short hair..ow and he was pointing a shotgun at me.." "
Okay, are you wounded?"
"He hit me with the gun in my stomach it hurts real bad"
"I'll call an ambulance for you, you can go sit in the SUV"
"Thanks officer"

"AG1 to all units, suspect is a caucasian male, average height, black hair. Is considerd armed and dangerous"

"AG1 to Central, dispatch a BLS unit, carjack victim hit in stomoch with a blund object, much pain"

"Central be advised suspect just ran a stop sighn and we are still headed norht bound"

I come up behind starling in the chase, be advised I'm in the chase. (I unlatch my shotgun and set it on the passenger seat)

I go to talk to some witnesses, they all tell me the same about the suspect and the car he jacked.
A few moments later I walk into the bar and go to the manager.
"Hello sir, I'm Special Agent Jansen from the ERT, I need to ask you some questions"
"Okay officer"
"I noticed you have camera's hanging here, can I have the tapes?"
"Sure, let me get them for you" He hands over the tapes
"Thank's may I get your name and adress?"
"Yeah, I'm John Rich, and my adress is Storefront st. 45"
"Thanks sir, since this is a crime scene I need you to wait outside"
"Okay, I understand"

I bag the tape and dust the counter for prints, I find a hand print, photograph it and put a clear tape over it and bag it"

"Marques, Bohl, search for more evidence"

Pc-6 to jansen, how many weapons and what kind?

"Jansen, PC 6. Accourding to the witness a shotgun, probaly 12 gauge. Use extreme caution. Shall I call City PD in for assistance in the chase?"

"as soon as i have another unit or 2 we can try to P.I.T him or maybe he will run out of gas. Central can you check on a tac unit and make sure they are respond. Libor as soon as your in pursute with me let me know. Also central we just turned onto waterman drive we are now headed west on waterman"

"Copy that, I'll request city PD to join you in the pursuite"
"AG1 to Central, requestin urgent backup from city PD on police chase of a hold up suspect, location: westbound on waterman drive. Suspect is armed and dangerous"
"City PD to AG1, ETA 1 minute"

"Starling, City PD is 1 minute out"

I'm on your tail starling, Jansen, do me a favor and look and see if there are any weapons shown in the tape other than shotgun.

"BLS-1 to Jansen, confirm that the scene is safe, we'll get ready to respond."

"ok libor well it looks like hes probly going to jump on the interstate. Sence local pd is enrout to me i want you to head down a couple miles south on the interstae and if he goes south you can set up spike strips."

10-4 I head down the interstate.

"Ok libor the suspect turned onto the southbound ramp of the interstae so let me know if your set up and when you see his car/my lights"

I'm all set, I see your lights about 1 1/2 away.

"ok central be advised we are headed southbound on the interstate in the number 3 lane. Suspect is coming up to spike strips stand by"

He hit the spikes. *I say into the radio. I finish pulling them off the road out of the way of starling and through them into the trunk.* Pc-6 back in chase

((Two things, you aren't cleared to order in mutual aid, or god mod copa, please avoid that, and where the hell is waterman? We have a map, please stick to that. I did not see a waterman street, so they are going no where..))

It appears all 4 tires shredded.

Copy PC 6, let's move in and box this car, suspect should be easily subdued now.

(sorry about the street thing i didnt know the maps had been updated with street names ill make sure to fix that for the next call)

On scene pulling up now

*takes shotgun out and moves behind starlings Car*

"Starling, see if you can get on the bullhorn and try coax him out before we do an extraction."

*the suspects car comes to a stop and I see a hand come out of the window*

"Driver put both hands out the window. Driver with your left hand get the keys and drop them on the ground"

*the suspect throws the keys down*

"Driver with your left hand open the door from the out side. Diver step out with your hands up and face away from me"

*the driver steps out and does as hes told*

"Driver lift up your shirt and turn around...keep turning..ok driver drpo your shirt and start walking backwards to the sound of my voice. Dont look at me keep your eyes forward"

*The suspect is just about in between my and libors car*

"get on your knees and put your hands behind your back...libor do a quick search and cuff him"

I aim my shotgun at the suspect and move out from behind the car

"BLS-1 on scene, Trulit Gas Bar."

*I pull up to the scene, shut off lights, but leave arrow-stick on.*

"Putter, you want to check vitals and begin treatment for this call, I'll start to fill out call sheet?"

*I say as I grab the clip board and exit the cab.*

Cover me,* I quickly run up behind him with my gun in my holster and cuff him, using him as a shield, I walk backwards with him. I get him behind my car and search him. * Nothing else on him that I see. *questioning suspect* Who else is in the car? Nobody. Is there any weapons or objects that can harm me? A gun, shotgun. Ok*Put him in my squad* Starling call the car out to see if anybody else is in there then we will go up and clear it.

"okey, but hurry, i got a feeling..."

*walk towards the injured civilian*

"Good day, m'am. I'm Harrold Putter from the ERT EMT and my colleague, McGuire. Can you tell what happened?"
*grab her pulse, i can feel it, but it's weak)
"Well, I'm robbed by a guy, which I described for the police, and he hit...hit...hi..."
*fall*

"MCGUIRE, hurry!! she's unconsciousness"
*feel's her belly*

"just as I thought, she got an internal bleeding. McGuire, what shall we do?"

"Alright, I'll call for medics."

"BLS-1 to Central. Dispatch a medic unit, if our ALS is unavailable see if you can get FD or a city hospital unit. Patient is unresponsive. Possibly has internal bleeding."

"Okay, Grab a longboard, and the defib, just in case. I'll try to wake her up."

*I put on my gloves, kneel down and stick my finger nail into the top of her finger nail.*

*She slowly wakes up*

"Alright. Are you feeling pain anywhere?" I say

"In my stomach, A little in my lower back, and I just got this sharp pain in my finger." She says

"Alright, the pain in you finger was me, I did that to wake you.

On radio:
"BLS-1 to central, update on the situation, patient is now responsive, reporting back pains."

"passanger let me see your hands....passanger lets me see your hands....ok libor and birdwell you guys clear the car ill cover from here"

"central be advise suspect is in custody and we are about to clear the car stand by"

I looked around the bar some more and there's nothing more, since we have the suspect, I only have to have the tapes investigated and match the hand print.

I walk up to the manager, "The bar is clear, you may enter it and If you need me, here's my card"
"Thanks sir, do you have him already?"
"Yes, and we'll give you a call when you can pick up the things he stole"
"Okay, thanks"
"Your welcome, have a safe day"

I take away the tape and put the traffic cones back in the truck.
"AG1 to Central, clear from scene"
I put off the light and head back to base.

Copy PC, ERT tow en route

I head up to the car, I quickly pull the door open, clear! I pull the trunk and we are clear. We are all clear.

Lader one on scene for ALS treatment" I say and park the rig, I jump off and grab the ALS bag and heart monitor. Then run in to see what's happening. "One of you what's the patient's condition?" I ask.

"central be advised the scene is clear suspect in custody. We have a gun and 1 for transport"

vitals are ok, blood pressure is a little weak, she's been unconsciousness, but McGuire woke here up, possible internal bleeding in her stomach, further: pain in her lower back, responding pain. she looks a little pale and I don't trust it

"Miss, what's you're name?" I ask

"Ju, Ju, Julie...something?" She says

"Alright, Julie, do you know you're last name?"

"Nope."

Alright, do you remember what happened?"

"I was on the ground, then a cop or agent or something put me into their truck, then you guys came in the ambulance, then the fire department came, and I have no clue what's happening."

"Alright well we're going to help you, you will be fine."


*Yell to Raven*

"Raven, in addition to what Putter said, sounds like altered mental status. She remembers only her first name, and only remembers from when an officer found her on the ground. She probably hit her head on the ground during the carjacking."

"COPA, ERT Tow is on scene and putting the car in the impound and i will be transporting the suspect to base for questioning. Libor can you go back to the scene and get a statment from the witness and birdwell you can go with him or head out your choice."

10-4, enroute routine to gas station.

"Alright guys. Let's get her on the stretcher."

*I go and grab the strecher out of the ambulance and wiat for the patient to be stabilized.*

"Alright, whenever you're ready."

"Alright, we're going to start an I.V. TKO, Davis pass me an I.V. bag, McGuire, start a pulse ox, if it's low start O2, Putter get me a heart rate at then after I.V. get me a new BP." I say then check for pupil reaction, equal and responsive.

*I pass Ewan the I.V bag.*

"How's she doin?"

10-4 Ill let Libor take this one, I neef to go to the Range and sharpen up a bit.

"Fine" I say lying so that she cant hear, then to a see-saw motion to indicate so-so. I start the I.V. and check for response pain in the legs.

"Alright. Good"

*I nod my head in a "not so good" way.*

"What else can we do?"

Check for sttomache injuries. remove the shirt if you have to.
