Rangers received a call just to the north of the Phoxlind Area limits that there has been a kayaking team that lost their oars, and one is believed to have fallen into the water. The rangers are trying to make contact but at this time cannot reach them, only see one person from afar. A ranger is awaiting at the entrance to the park to escort you.

Concerns: Hypothermia or death by drowning if the victim did indeed fall out and is unable to get back in.
Restrictions: Request ambulances conservatively, not liberally please. You won't need any more than two. If that.
