About five minutes ago, a dock worker driving his car to the other end of the dockyard lost control and went into the water. Marine Team requested for a quick dive into the harbor, and to rescue the worker. He cannot swim and has been in his car for some time now. EMS is en route. A boat should not be needed for this incident, as the car went over within 15 feet of the edge of the dock.
Time: 0902h
Weather: Misty rain
Concerns: Dock worker cannot swim.
Restrictions: You don't need to get the car out. After you guys rescue him, go attach a buoy to it, then the dock workers and Port Authority will send divers to take it out. CI will investigate afterwards.
