CDC Fire Alarm


EAT

CDC Phoxlind has activated an emergency evacuation alarm, triggered by a sensor on the fifth floor. No other floors reporting, and no smoke is sensed, only a heat alarm. Sprinklers not active, and all hazmat is locked in fire labs downstairs. Top five floors (3- are offices, basement and most of first are biochemical labs, second floor is the non-hazardous lab
Time: 1345h
Weather: Raining
Concerns: With full evacuation CDC is on full eyes by local and national news sources. Locate and if neccessary stop all fire.
Restrictions: If there is a fire, nothing big, contained to several rooms, air out, I don't want this to be a major evacuate the county fire. I'd like this building to be usable again by the week after the call.

" Squad 1 is En Route to Scene. "

*I rech up on the EAT and hit the enroute button. I grab the radio and key up the mic.*

"RA1 to COPA, show us enroute."

((Are Jansen and I officially on the dive team or are we running this call?))

( Chuck I think u and Florian are on the Dive team now, since Matthews had to be transferred back to the Engine Company means to me at least that there had to be a transfer to the dive team to begin with. )
