*I unlatch the shotgun from the rack, and load in 2 beanbag rounds, and the next 6 are live spreadshot rounds*

*I turn my EAT toward me with the screen on dim, and start sending an EAT-to-EAT message to PC-8*

*Nathan drives us to the area as I type a message to Lidner seeing if he can join us on perimeter detail*

"PC-8 to PC-6 we are on scene staging"

*I get out of my unit and put my hat on as I tell some people to step back from the area*

"Police OIC, all units involved on Tactical Channel 2."



"We have reports through servallience that a green car, plate EWX-830, 99 Mazda 626, has been dealing drugs and weapons. We sent an undercover in and found this is a primary dealing spot for the guy. The car hasn't moved for weeks. We have intel that the second car coming in now has gang ties. Procced with caution."



"The plan is for RRT to come from the north side and HR-1 from the south. I want you guys to swing around and pin both the cars from behind. Patrols go in behind and assist. Remember, green Mazda is what we are after. Arrest other suspects on charges of buying controlled substances. Once suspects secured, standby for further orders."



"All units copy?"

*I look over at Nathan and make sure he is ready*

"All units, we go on the TAC teams when they are ready. We are clear to serve the warrant on TAC teams."

"7 to command, I dont have a location on the RRT, only the rescue, can you confirm?"

"RRT-1 copies and we're standing by"

' HR-1 copy, standing by '

"You guys are clear to conduct the warrant."

(I have no idea where my Lt. is, what should I do about that? Burke said to ask you since you're OIC. Should I just move in or what?)

(Is your OIC still Lt. Bucello? I'd shoot him a PM, and let him know. Otherwise, we lay in wait)

(Bucello is not on this call. I appointed Libor OIC. He is in charge and he can give everyone orders. he said go, so go. You get another 24-36 hours and then I'm failing you on this call)

(I'm clearing patrol at 5:11 am central/ 6:11 am eastern unless TAC starts the raid. I PM'd Booth yesterday and he knows what to do. PM me if you have questions on what to do.)

*I fire up my car, and drop it into drive, but keep my foot on the brake. Then I key up my radio*

"Ok, let's do it"

*I pull RRT-1 Up to the north side of the house and block the car, I then jump out with my assault rifle and run in front of the car with my rifle aimed at the drivers seat which is empty*

"RRT-1 has the car on the north side"

*I let my foot off the brake, turn on my floodlight and my light bar, and take off*

"7 copies you RRT, I am right behind you, I'll have your heels"

*I pull up, and get out of my car with my shotgun over my shoulder*

(we don't have a warrant for the house, but a warrant for the car which is occupied.)

*I turn my attention to the green car, and see it's occupied. I grab my radio mic*

"7 portable, all units on TAC Channel 2, suspect #1 is in green Mazda 626, looks like he's getting ready to run. Someone get their car up in front of him, and then get out and help me stop him. I'm gonna put a beanbag through his back window, and if that stops him, we grab him."

*I turn to Booth*

'Booth, he's in the car, cover me while I drop his window, then help me bag him'

*I rack the pump on my shotgun, raise it up, turn on my grip light, and line my sights up on the window, making sure the shot will fall short of pegging the suspect in the back of the head*

*I drive around the other side boxing in the other suspect who jumps out of the Mazda. I jump out and grap him.*



'Police search warrant stop now!'



*I grab him and pull him down. I manage to put him in cuffs and pull him by my car.*



"Driver of Mazda in custody."



*I turn my attention back to the Mazda and see one other suspect with his hands up. I pont my gun at him.*



'Passenger in the Mazda, reach out the window and open the door.'



*He complies.*



'Keep your hands up and step out of the car.'



*He complies again.*



'Go down to your stomache and keep your hands out to the side.'



*He complies again and I go up and cuff him with my second set of cuffs. I get him up and walk him behind my car, pat him down and put him in the squad. I do the same to the other and also set him in the squad.*



'Alright, as of right now you are being detained while we conduct a search warrant on the vehicle. You both have the right to remain silent, anything you say can and will be used against you in the court of law. You have the right to an attorney, if you cannot afford one, one will be appointed to you. Do you both Understand your rights?'



'Yes officer.'



*I close the door and go back over to the other vehicle. Which is occupied in the back seat by an apparent sleeping individual.*



"Mazda secure, one suspect in the other vehicle, apperently sleeping."

*I order arms my shotgun, and get on a pair of leather search gloves*

'Lieutenant, if you'd like I can start searching the mazda while you handle Sleeping Beauty over there'

'Let wait and put the dog on the Mazda, make our job easier.'



*I walk towards the back of the other car, a brown 92 honda accord.*



"COPA,can you run plate #322-DAS, a brown Honda Accord."

"Stolen last week. Owner is actually just up the street, 44"

'Lieutenant, orders sir?'

(I thought this was a TAC operation, where the hell are you guys then?)

*I watch the screen as the drug dealers all take off and we lose our targets*
"TAC Units return to quarters. NOW. Patrol, return to duty. All TAC officers to report to meeting room. NOW!"

(Absolutely nuts guys. 1 week and nothing happened. at all. You failed.)

"All patrol clear, turned over stolen vehicle to PPD, patrol has two suspect being transported to HQ in transport unit."

*I look over to Nathan*

'I wouldn't want to be them right now'

*I walk back to the truck and drive to HQ*

*I walk over to the trunk of my car, cursing under my breath about the absurdity of what just happened, and start kicking the shells out of my shotgun. I key up my portable*

"COPA, PC-7 portable, show me on a dinner break, I need to clear my head before I go back on patrol"
