In my opinion they work great with the 4 they have or whatever, they are all active and stuff, i guess i'd rather see another truck staffed rather than having 6 active guys on a truck, cuz then it can kinda get obnxious with that many people posting from one truck...
I'll talk to John, and if he feels he is fine, I'll adjust the rescue to a four person unit, maybe not change it at all.

No, more of an administrative position.

Thank you, that's great, we've got one soon.

Fill the other trucks first in my opinion then you could micro manage a bit more to each individual truck in each station. Same goes for EMS.
PM me, we should talk.

I demand a minimum of three per truck. Max five.
J.Libor wrote:I think you should merge rescue 1 and squad one. Aren't they for the most part the same? Even if the squad holds water, we got an engine and ladder for that.
Squad is a medical support unit and active rescue unit. Pumper is suppression. Ladder is rescue, and Rescue 1 is a support truck, mostly for the specialized stuff, like firefighter rescue, confined space, special rescues in the city, etc.

No you don't, Fire is by far the largest in the ERT. I'm adjusting it now to make it more sensible. EMS isn't being merged.
You can't "just merge" EMS if there aren't any people in it. We have two ambulances, one is at half staff. I don't know the status of the rescue ambulance. If you mean merge it with Fire, and have firefighters work EMS shifts then that would work, but just merging units won't help.
I'm going to get either another FF/EMT on the rescue ambulance, or borrow a new recruit off of EMS, since O'Reilly is on an LOA. By the time he's back I'm hoping to have him a partner. I've got a new plan for ERT Medical divisions.I think we need to rethink how EMS is run and used, maybe the sorts of missions we get. Something is obviously not working as it should when we keep loosing people at this rate, and not getting any new recruits.
I think we need to actively recruit, I know a few of us aren't trying, and should start. I'm working now myself to rearrange everything to make this more interesting for EMS. The next calls will be ems based if I can pull them off.
