My Book - Research notes

I'm researching for my book, and I need an address, just any address really. I want a HOUSE, as in a residential home, with just one family, not a duplex or apartment and it needs to be relatively near to the United States White House. Basically, my character is moving house and needs a new address, close to his old one. Remember, even if it doesn't fit my exact specifications, the only important one is that it is sort of near the white house. This book takes place about a year after the apocalypse and in the new world, so I can make anything really change if need be
