Small dumpster explosion

"Pumper 11 to Phoxlind Country Club rear for a large dumpster fire and possible injuries. PEMS will have one unit available if needed"
EAT
911 call came in from the kitchen chef, sent the caretaker out back with a bag of spilled coffee mate to throw out, when the dumpster errupted. The caretaker is down, but they wen're able to get close enough to tell his state. Chef believes that some old containers, a half burnt out cigarette and the highly explosive coffee mate are the cause of the explosion, and states any type of arson would be hard to happen due to increased security measures. Arrive and treat, do not request ERT EMS or additional units unless absolutely neccessary

Weather: Slight drizzle
Concerns: If there is more coffee mate, or other possible accelerants, we have a risk of secondary. Get in there, get the caretaker out, and drench the dumpster with water.
Restrictions. No additional fire units requested please.
