"Pumper 11, Rescue 1, respond to Trulit Waste Centre, 911 call reports a tractor has hit a pickup and trapped one occupant. Feul Leaking on pavement."
EAT
a 911 call reported that a tractor has hit a pickup of the site foreman and the foreman is trapped inside. The tractor is unmovable at this point, as the motor burned out. Request A medic unit respond to provide treatment as well as Pumper to secure scene while rescue 1 arrives with extrication gear. Feul is leaking and needs to be contained. Please check tractor driver for injuries.

Concerns: Leaking feul poses both fire and enviro hazard with mist that may turn to rain.\
Restrictions: We're low on EMS, so one injury only, the entrapped. The rest have to be treatable on site.
