We have a breaking story playing out in two parts of the city: first, a major apartment block fire apparently caused by arson at 3532 Hellington Street. The arsonist apparently fled to the Mountain View Motel, where he is currently barricaded with at least one hostage. We will have live coverage from crews at both scenes.
