Arsonist locked in a motel, PPD requires assistance

Patrol Radio:
"Units please respond code 3 to Mountain View motel, East Third Avenue. Barricade suspect in arsonist case with two hostages. Fire is not believed a risk at this time"
TAC Dispatching:
"TAC respond to complex. RRT, please roll out to Mountain View motel for barricade suspect. HR-1 standby for reports from bucello."

EAT
PPD has a suspect barricaded in Mountain View hotel after lighting a 3 alarm fire on Hellington. Suspect is not with incidiary devices, but has the clerk held hostage. The motel's 10 occupants are evacuated. After threats were made, the two ppd officers pulled back and requested our units. K9 please search area for dropped evidence, as well as his car. Other units please secure the scene for TAC. Bucello will be Entry commander, Libor will command the outer scene.
Time: 1305h
Weather: sunny, but chilly
Concerns: Church ending traffic will pose a delay to some units.
Restrctions: Don't burn down the hotel, you may request an ambulance, but don't hurt eachother.

*I hear the traffic on the radio*

"PC-8 copies i'll be enroute"

**I get into the RRT truck with the rest of the team.**

"RRT will extablish negotiations and lay out an entry plan. ETA 8 minutes."

**I turn on the lights and sirens and leave the compound.**

"HR-1 To scene"

*I get into my TAC truck and start driving *
"HR-1 moving to the scene"
