blah..........

is it me or does depression hurt? the only time i'm happy is at the station. anyone else like this?

I spend a crazy amount of my free time there even though usually its just with the medics on duty if there there at all...alot of times I just sit in there alone and watch t.v. and sit on the computer....the same crap i'd do at home but for some reason down there it's different. I've slept there a bunch of times for no reason

i'm mad because i've been a bad officer and everything, got 2 people mad so far in 1 day and just want to escapee. i have no life anymore. between station and league of legends, i have nothing. it's not even cool.

Then go out and change it. No one else will, you have to take action for your own life.

Sorry to be a hardass but I believe it's what you need to hear, if you're really feeling depressed and not just teenage angst.

mannn, you have no idea how much i agree, the only times that i feel are fun is when im at the station and on calls, home life sucks. I ant wait til i go to college, cuz im going for fire science and i get to live at a fire hall down there 24/7 and run calls whenever i want. You have no idea how much i want to go, only 2 more years!! But things will get better Frank

Same exact way buddy. I guess its the feeling you get at the station like everyone has your back and your almost always having fun there which takes your troubles away. Awesome feeling I must admit but if you want a life, you should ask you brothers (coworkers) to go out some time to applebees or whatever. Get a girlfriend if you really want that haha. Think of different ways. Feel better man, i'm gone going through the same sometimes.

LOL Raven. Frank, on ERT you're a great player. In RL, it's up to YOU. Do what you want and spend some time with people that make you happy. Think of the positive things in life and do things that won't make people mad at you. It'll all pass soon. Life is fun, live it!

Shit lol ur lucky we have a chief who sends people to take Clandestine photo's of our lockers to make sure we arent keeping NON department crap in there, I cant wait for his Retirement ! MORE YEAR WOOOHOOOOO.

see were rural enough that if we have a party the chief doesn't really care how old you are you'll get messed up lol the PD even came in one day while me and another clearly underage were getting served by the chief haha sometimes it pays to be in the backwoods lol

tell you what, with school lately i've been the same way I love going to my explorer meetings, unfortunatly only once a month. Otherwise being on here (ERT) is what helps me. I have had a tone of things I have wanted to do in life, but firefighting is the one constant. As for dealing with the stress... go kayaking/camping/hiking/something to get away from all the Bull$h1+ that is life.
