Single car MVA reproted by passer by, reports that one victim has lost and regained consciouness and is on the sidewalk, the other walking injured is complaining of severe arm pain and swelling. The driver is trapped after the vehicle side swiped a pole and hit a second pole at the driver's door. Traffic en route.
