Re: Pay for ERT Employees?
average police officer pay is around 49k now thats campus police averaged with gov. police and lapd and nypd and 40k seems meh reasonable since were suppose to be a specialized gov. agency a patrol officer might be around 51k but the only one that can totally answer that is burke

Re: Pay for ERT Employees?
A basic cop or firefighter makes around 45 thou to 50 thou a year. As you increase in rank, you're gonna make more, same with certs.
Russo, you're making 50 thou
Cressler is making 55 thou due to his certs and rank
Kaizer is making more like 160 k not 254 k
Hannahan, you're making around 60 thou, cause you're a lieutenant. Exact pays aren't really set in stone, these are ball park averages.

Re: Pay for ERT Employees?
Your past doesn't matter to me personally, so long as you have all the required certs, you're good.
Your position, since you're a senior officer/supervisor, you get a pay similar to Hannahans
