Confined Space entrapment - Trulit
Over Station Alarm
*Gong, siren sounds two yelps* "SEV-1, Squad 1, respond to Trulit State Fair grounds, entrapped teenager in a storm gutter at main gate. BLS-1 responding."
*Fire alarm rings*
Over EMS Radio:
"COPA BLS-1 to state fair grounds main entrance to accompany a rescue op of a teenager trapped in a gutter, no injuries are reported"
EAT:
911 call recieved 1643h from a teenager claiming their boyfriend fell into a storm gutter outside of State Fair main gate and is stuck. He is maintaining contact, however is complaining he hit his head, and thinks he may be bleeding slightly. No major injuries are expected from his fall of 10 ft, however he may have several cuts and/or abraisions.
Time:1643h
Weather: Slight drizzle, 33F
Concerns: Cause of collapse of gutter cover is unknown, possibility of faulty covers, do not stand on the covers under any circumstance. Traffic is backed up West bound on The interpass, will have to ride with caution, as ERT PD is attempting to sort out a mess there.
(Requests and restricitons, no need for ALS-1 to respond, please include the response, you've got heavy traffic and the Trulit VFD there helping with a multi car pileup, you've gotta rush past to their jurisdiction to take care of a rescue. There will be numerous emergency vehicles, from TVFD trucks, and ERT police cars, as well as numerous angered motorists having to turn around. Traffic will thin out once reaching the angle in the road though)
