Fire with protesters
Over station 1 alarm:
"Light Force 1, Rescue Ambulance 1, Station Chief respond to ERT Fire Station Two Construction Site. Support Team Fire and Rescue on standby"
Over police radio
"Units in the area of Fire Station Two construction site respond code three for crowd control to a possible arson fire. Protestors on site of the station with a fire started amongst building supplies. No arrests are to be made at present time.
EAT
911 call came in from supervisor when pulling his men in home for the day due to the protests, a fire was seen in amongst several stacks of wooden building supplies, and a pickup truck parked nearby. Cause is unknown, however arson is a factor. Police are to move the protesting crowd to the left side of the area in respec to the road. Be aware six personnel are remaining in the construction office while we handle the situation. No arrests are to be made for this possible arson unless another crime is committed by a protestor. We are moving them for scene safety. Fire is to move in and proceed to attack the supplies from all angles. A fire hydrant is operant at the right side of the site. Supplies are located in the centre and towards the top right support beam. The truck is in between the two stacks.

Concerns: Protesters may not be overly willing to move when told. Some may think they are being placed under arrest. Protesters number in the range of 10-12, and could possibly get violent. An arsonist may be in the group, however no one is believed to be armed otherwise.
