Shed fire, reported injury.

*Over Station/Personnel Radio*
"Ladder-1, Squad-1, Pumper-1, Rescue Ambulance 1 respond to large shed fire off of Fort Basio Lane."

Requesting Light Force additional and RA-1 respond to a shed fire at the end of Fort Basio Lane at a private cottage in the woods. Caller reports that one of the two men was seen running in the woods toward a small pond with his leg on fire. Requesting Squad 1 conduct SAR towards the small pond. Check with caller for path. Ladder and Pumper please subdue large shed fire, which is believed fully engulfed. The other man is unknown of his whereabouts.

Time: 1657h
Weather: Large snowflakes lightly falling
Concerns: Temp is low, darkness approaching, and burning man may have suffered major burns if he could not extinguish the fire.

One person unaccounted for, never seen leaving

*i hear the call and run to the ladder throw my bunker pants, radio strap, and coat on and climb in the drivers seat fire up the truck flip on the lights and look over and wait for Hannahan and the rest of the crew to get in*

I pull into the parking lot, say goodbye to my family, and check in at COPA

(i was hanging out with the guys)

(Alright, just reminding everyone else.. Don't leave until one person shows up in a POV)

*runs into station and throws on turnouts and jumps in my seat and throws on SCBA

* i run to the squad, open the doors, put on my gear and climb in. i turn on the lights and siren* "squad one responding to pond to conduct SAR code 3"

"RA-1, received, responding."

*I go to the bay, step into the boots and pull up the turnout pants, throw the jacket behind the seat, and climb into the drivers seat. As Cory climbs in I start it up, release the parking brake, and pull out. I look around for the Master button, press it, and all of the lights come on. I pull onto the road and head towards the fire.*

I watch from my windows as I see the gates open, and the flashing lights of POV's in the distance arriving to the station.

*as the rest of the crew climbs in i drive out of the station hitting the q*
"Ladder 1 responding"

(((arent we all at the station DC? I thought it doesnt slim down until 1800 and at 0000 its on call?)))

(Half staff at 1800, so there are a few responding in POV)

*I run to the pumper step intp myy boots and pull up my straps hop into the engine put my nomex and coat on. I reach for my portable radio.*
"Copa any reports of people inside"
*grab my maske and throw it over my neck and put my scba on my back incase we have to do an inside attack.*
*I sit and wait for garcia to get in and get us rollin*
(I didn't see garcia give us a schedule yet...and excuse any typos I'm on my phone till tonight)

*I get into my Bunkerpants and jump in the ladder waiting to leave

"One man unknown, was not seen leaving shed"

(It's 1647 so its fully staffed isn't it? 1800 is when it changes)
*I get out of my office after hearing the call includes us. I grab my bunker pants out of the truck and put it on then grab my jacket too. I put it on and put my headset on my head and my seatbelt on.*

(shoot, sorry I have 18 but I changed it.. .My mistake, you're right)

* I Jump in the truck with just my bunkers on and throw my nomex on and then my jacket, i then turn my scba on and start strapping it up and grab a radio and turn it on at strap it to my air pack and grab a flashlight and clip it on my jacket*

" Hannahan, you want me to grab a supply line and hook it to the pumper and have them on the hydrant?"

"Pumper 12 enrout Copa advise garcia report direct to scene

*I hear the tones drop and jump into RA1 as McGuire marks us enroute.*
