I'm sat down in my office getting my stuff ready to head over to assist Daniels with monitoring the call from COPA when an alarm rings. This is the security alarm. Someone has driven through the main entrance gates and into the ERT... I quickly call security.. No answer. I call the Main building officers, and they say that he is stopped outside with a partner, and they are both armed, readying to enter the main building. He has to go.

I immediately sound the lockdown alarm on the base, alerting all armed officers of an intruder. In my closet my TAC gear is kept. I start putting it on as I dispatch over all channels for the ERT.

"Attention all units, armed intruder alert. Target main building. Two suspects armed with assualt rifles. Report to HQ immediately for assistance. TAC will lead this. Move move move"

Once I'm gear up, I activate the EAT in my office and turn on the intruder dispatch.

*OVER EAT*

Attention all units. Intruder alert. Two suspects with weapons. Be advised of immediate danger. TAC is in charge. Do not enter with handguns. Use large weapons, vests, gear up. Main building is target. Dispatching all surrounding police departments for assistance. This is a threat level RED. Immediate danger to ERT.

I quickly run through the thoughts. Daniels is locked away safely in COPA, I'm in my office loading my guns, and the only ones that are out are general staff and security... Who is the target? I don't care. I'm not letting them touch another soul here.
I pick up my portable and put in the earpiece, I hear over the county emergency channel, the automatic message requesting every available police unit report to ERT for an armed intruder. I take my COPA mobile unit, and watch EAT to see who is coming, etc.

Weather: Fog rolling out of the county

(Thanks) "ALS 1 on standby." I get in the ambulance and wait for TAC to arrive. My heart is racing as I wait for an update.

I hear the page out over the radio and get the page on my pager, I quickly turn my lights on and run code 3.
"PC 8 is en route code 3"

"Squad 1 to COPA, we currently enroute to the fire at the fort, do you want us to go there or be on standby for the intruder?"

Report to the fire, you were requested for the fire, not this.

"PC-7 en route code 3!"

"TAC is engaging, moving from Alpha Base at this time."

**I come off of the firing range with my UMP45 and some of my assault gear; the remainder is in the RRT Truck. I get inside and drive towards the last reported location of the suspects.**

Pc 6 en route code 3.

"Hey guys if y'all can kill the siren and lights and show up in stealth mode about a mile away from the scene that would be great. Hall's and I are crouching down behind my patrol car at the building I am in and they have no clue were here yet. I would like to keep it that way"

I finish eating a sandwich and hop in my car. I move to the side opposite Linda's car.

**I stay safely in my office in COPA knowing i'm safe**

"DC I haven't trained for this, I should be alright, but what do you want me to do?"

"Alert all state police that we have two intruders, possible attempt to take down the ERT."

"PC-5 heading to HQ code 3"
