I reach to sound the alarm buzzer at station 1, a new call just came in
*Over Station Radio*
"Light Force 1, additional, respond to a possible brush fire, east bound lane on Trulit Interpass, abanoned truck is burning and possibility of spread to surrounding area. Unknown if there are any occupants."
I let go of the dispatcher button, and automatically the alarm starts ringing for the next minutes, and the three apparatus bay doors for the LFA open up.

*Over EAT*

We've got a 911 call from a nearby home, a large Cube van is reported burning near some brush, possible spread. Unknown cause, treat as suspscious. If any evidence is found, secure, note location, and move to safety. Request PD if neccessary. RP reports burning brush near the truck, however it has not spread to the larger area as of yet. Be advised, high risk of spread due to lack of rain.

Time: 0025h
Weather: Approaching T-storms, ETA 10 hours out. High winds coming in at around 0200h
Concerns: Unknown victims, possible arson, brush fires with high winds equal forest fires
Mutual Aide available. ERT may supply units, but all other emergency services are unavailable. TVFD is unable to respond due to a mass training cleared by us, and PFD is fighting a large warehouse fire in the industrial district.
COPA Main contact: DC Burke, Officer Daniels will be secondary dispatcher.

(please alert of time responding as well as all events until truck leaves station!)

I run to my bunker gear put them on and hop on the drivers seat.
Then I start up the squad and read the EAT. I grab the radio.

"Squad 1 to COPA, do you have an idea from what's in the van? And what kind of traffic situation we have?" [0026h]

I put on the lights and wait for the others to hop on.

*i jump out of bed throw my bunker pants on slide down the pole, put my radio strap and turn out jacket on and climb into the drivers seat.*
"Ladder 1 is responding" [0026]
*i flip the light switch, put it in drive and hit the q and the air horn as i pull away*

*I hop in the squad along with all the others.*

'No, Jansen, no idea. We'll gonna have to find out.'

"Squad 1 Responding. ETA, 5 mins." [0027h]

"Pumper 11 responding, ETA 5 minutes. Time out :0028 hours."
*I put on my pants and jump into the pumper, turn it on, wait until everyone gets in, and rolls out behind Squad 1.*
