Suspects are known for targetting young women, ganging up on them, attacking, them brutally and violently taking turns raping them. Suspects arre believed to be each between 5'11" and 6 feet tall, usually in gothic/bondage style attire, and all with greased black hair, with two white stripes on either side of their head. Advised that campus security will be patrolling in their two crusiers, as well as PPD has two police units in the area. Suspects have just brutalized two women and are believed to be headed for another attack tonight.

Concerns: Suspects may be wearing hats, or have on over clothes. These men are stragetically planned rapists, not just thrill hunters. They are believed to get money and pleasure from this. No weapons expected aside from whips and handcuffs. Suspects may be on foot, or have been once reported in a black CTS and a blue chevy impala. IF either vehicles are found, campus administration has given us the right to search, under the grounds that if you park your vehicle on the private property of the campus, you are allowing your vehicle to be searched under administration's clearance. COPA rep does confirm this holds up.
